I lived 200 ft away from this place for 3 years and never went in, because falafel usually bores me. Couldn’t understand the constant lines out the door. For falafel? Really?

Then I tried it—and boy was I wrong. Turned out I never had anything remotely like real falafel, and now I see the light. Amazing pita, too. Never had anything like it.

Such tasty food!
We even took some pita & tzatziki to go.

All the food, from the falafel and beyond, is so, so good! Literally the best pita, humus and roasted eggplant I have ever eaten. The owners are there working everyday and everything is made fresh or sourced from really high quality providers. The hours are tight and there is usually a line but it is worth the planning to eat any one of Yalla’s array of dishes. The atmosphere has fun, playful energy with excellent music every time. We love it!

the Pitas are amazing, staff is really nice and helpful, the rest of the food that goes into the Pitas, from the homemade hummus and falafel are wildly good. it gets really busy at lunch. So, go before, or after. definitely going back the next time I swing through Brattleboro.

The sandwich were tasty, nutritious and filling. The sesame halwa- wish I packed a box for home. It was smooth and perfect balance of sweetness. The only thing which almost got us about skipping the place was the long line with not enough tables. To the owner – you are definitely doing well. Please add more seating for larger groups.

The food is absolutely delicious. The sandwiches are delicious and the homemade pita and hummus are out of this world.

We ended up taking sandwiches home and I found they are delicious cold out of the refrigerator the next day as well.

The staff are really friendly and keep the line moving when the line is out the door. The waiting was great too, there’s a great vibe from all the friendly people and the smell of the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Wow… We drove an hour out of our way to go to Yalla Vermont and it did not disappoint. The falafel was perfection. The Shakshuka was also amazing. The rugalach… wow, just wow. You have to try it. Drive out of your way for it for lunch. Enjoy!

Enjoyed a Yalla Sababa (with falafel) along with iced Rosemary Tea. Warm, unique, welcoming atmosphere. A place to return to in Brattleboro. Brought a packet of fresh baked pita home with us. By the way, the corridor to the rest room is a visual artistic experience!

Legendary place, for a reason. Deliciously prepared felafel and hoummos, homemade fresh divine pita, can add “mushroom stew” — all elegantly served. Then ! Free toppings — olives, herbed onions and pickled vegetables. Take as much as you want. Really! Don’t miss it.
