The main door was locked had to go around building to get in. We stood there for over seven minutes before someone came to take our order. I think the door was locked to discourage people from coming inside to order.
Food was good and hot. Except the apple crisp, I didn’t like it. Tasted like canned apples.

The biscuit and the Bo round were fresh and hot. The service was fast and friendly. Getting thru the drive thru was quick and easy. Everything was ready when I got to the window along with being hot.

My expierience here was horrible, I drove to the menu ordered nice calm and politely even though I hate AI at drive thru menu’s… anyway I asked for a 3 wing combo fry and dirty rice with 2 extra wings added. I get to the window & the manager I guess it was, he was in the back hooting and hollering about not having wings so I told the guy at the window just give me what you have just trying to be nice… and of course the manager was back there popping it talking all that mess it was about to be a big ordeal I asked the drive thru guy “is that MAN okay ??” cause yk he walk around like a big beluga with a empty bottomless pit chile, im over it this is not the first time ive came and he has been back there going on and on about not having chicken dropped he’s in there playing Beyoncé loud as all get out… it was all just a flaming mess and I will be coming in again as in coming inside if he doesn’t fix his customer service bc I use to work at that very building mind you I helped put it together!!!! I was in there running it before he was even a thought so yeah I’ll be back to show what good customer service looks like

If you had to put fast food worker in whatever in personable ai then you won the lottery. I rarely come to bojangles but decided to give them a chance and damn was I wrong. You get better service at jack in the box…

Asked the “AI” if I could order Mac and didn’t get a response… so I ordered Mac…then I get told “we don’t serve that yet”. If this is a franchise… might as well make it corporate.

2/7/3026- drive thru had a line with 6 cars, so I opted to walk in for a single steak biscuit. Arrived at 10:28. Left at 10:41 with no buscuit. Not only that, the manager walked by me not once, not twice but THREE times without so much acknowledging me being there.
Owner- go stand at your counter for 13 minutes to get an idea of how long that is.

Nice way to treat your customers. We walked up and knew what we wanted. She had zero wait time from us and thats the first thing she says.

A year ago, this location was on of the most consistent Bojangles in the Upstate. Lately, service and food quality has declined. Today was my last stop here as the experience on my last 3 visits were awful. Cold food, product out of stock, dining room doors locked on occasion during business hours, and rude staff.
