Drinks and dinner. Very good atmosphere. The bartender was literally squeezing the grapefruits and cutting the fruit in front of us for our drinks.
We had the best plate of brisket nachos we’ve ever had, toppings throughout the nachos, we are still not sure how Richy was able to dress every chip, but spoke with him later and will give his method a try! Great place!

One of my favorite bars.
Delicious food. Awesome staff. Good music. Pool tables. Always have something cool going on like karaoke night / different events… multiple bathrooms- always clean… plenty of tables/ seating… Couches… only have three poker machines but there’s almost always at LEAST 1 open. (&They win often, too! )… plus the crowd is almost always pretty decent ….

Phenomenal atmosphere. Chefs kiss. Bartender was also just an amazing person. Loaded stuffed jalapeño poppers were delicious. Watermelon crush I believe it was called was absolutely amazing 12/10

Amazing food, excellent service, and a chill, comfortable atmosphere. We stopped by on a whim, and everything we ordered has been absolutely delicious. Really recommend the bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers and the cheese curds! Peach jalapeno chicken skewers were also amazing. Also great desserts, and a good beer selection. Really an underrated bar! Not over packed and loud, so a good place to watch a game or enjoy a conversation. Lilly and Sophia were a delight!

This place has a lot of potential, but I was frustrated by the lack of clarity in the menu descriptions. I ordered the loaded baked potato, which came with cheese that was melted and crusted directly into the potato. They only mentioned cheese being on the potato, and if they had been more specific, it would have changed my decision. The potato was also very heavy on garlic.
Another major frustration was the limited side options. Meals only come with two sides to choose from, fries or a small salad. While the menu lists other sides as standalone items, you can’t substitute them into a meal, even for an upcharge. There also isn’t an option to remove the side entirely, so you’re required to pay for one whether you want it or not. It makes me wonder why the other sides are listed at all.
On the positive side, the drinks were delicious, the service was decent, and the atmosphere was cool, especially with karaoke and pool tables available. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing overall. I think clearer and more detailed menu descriptions would make a big difference, and I’d be open to updating my review if that were addressed.

Went at a later hour so not ad many people were there, had a great chat with the bartender and ordered the O’dear burger, side of fries, and a slice of carrot cake. The 1/2lb burger was amazing with a great patty composed of Buffalo, elk, wagu. The fried were filling and seasoned great. Got my food much faster than I could have thought since the food is made by order. And the carrot cake was very well made not too sweet not to bland just how I like it. Will come back.

Our Rotary Club meets here the fourth Thursday of every month at 5.30. O’Dears has great bar food. The service is very good for the limited staff. I also heard this is the bar for Kansas City football & Baseball games.
