First time visiting here. Consider myself a bagel connoisseur of sorts. Big Apple does NOT disappoint. Great varieties of bagels, not just the old standards. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Sandwiches were hot and delicious and exactly as ordered. Also great selection of muffins as well. The apple pie muffin was amazing. The location has a limited dining area so when we went on a weekend it was packed.

Great bagel find in southern half of central PA. The “big apple” part is ofcourse relative to your experience with actual NewYork City bagels, however this place came damn close for a 3hr away central PA venue in my book. Decided to make my way there one Sunday, surprised and impressed their wknd hrs are until 4pm. Its a local mom & pop shop been around for more than 2 decades. Hefty meat, egg, spread, and fixins portions as well as some unique bagel combinations. I recommend the cheese one as well as their pumpernickel w/raisin (“marble” something I believe it’s called). Brewsters hazelnut coffee (their trademark brand) is mellow, light & great tasting…stellar beverage to down these fantastic bagels. I’ll certainly be back and you’ll come to that conclusion too!

Cute little friendly spot. Good place to chat with a friend, do work on your laptop, or just stop in quick for something to go. Their service is quick and the food is freshly made, lots of options. If you like muffins then you want to go here, as they have all unique extravagant delicious kinds. Known for their bagels and it’s no surprise why, my favorite is their Swiss Melt bagel. They have a lot of different kinds of bagels! Last time I was there they had multiple types of different coffees to help yourself as well, they also make lattes, specialty coffee etc. Everytime I’ve gone there all the staff has been welcoming helpful and very nice. Five stars

Literally everything we ate so far has been great and filled both my wife and I up right away. It was also incredibly nice of the manager to give us a few small muffins while we waited for our order. The apple pie muffins were so delicious we ended up purchasing 2 full size ones and 4 others.
Will absolutely be returning to try other bagel sandwiches on the menu and hopefully a wrap.

The breakfast wasn’t great. The egg is not a fresh cracked egg. The bagel was a little stale, the sandwich wasn’t hot enough to melt the cheese. I really wouldn’t recommend, especially if you’re on the hunt for a true NY style breakfast.

Always FRIENDLY service. My favorite sandwich is the Mediterranean Veg Out with cream cheese. I always get an extra pickle . Be sure to check the hours as they close kinda early.
