Got the regular roast beef with provolone and it was delicious. Redeemed my points for a free sub and the employee also gave me a free drink which was awesome. The place was clean and it had ample seating. Highly recommend!

This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location, I ordered a #17 the Mikes Famous Philly Giant worth 17.80 + tax. What occurred was I was charged two regulars at the price of 10.35 + tax, with a subtotal of 20.70, obviously that is more than the price for a giant. Now when I order my items on numerous occasions I have always told them a Giant but when I get to the register I am charged a regular and given one then and when I tell them of there mistake I am gaslightened that I never ordered it in that manner and that they are happy to make the other half and an additional price. When I double check with my party they confirmed that I had ordered a giant, to make the matter worst they never give you a copy of the order at the counter when clearly there is a carbon copy on the book the write the order down. So the saying ” The customer is always right” is not the case on this establishment
Clearly this property is trying to increase there shop sales with there businesses practices which is insulting to the consumer.
Suggestion: Maybe they should repeat the order before they start preparing it and give people the copy when the order is placed to give to the cashier when making a payment at the register, instead of word of mouth made by the associates.

I received a birthday reward and was greeted warmly by everyone. When I mentioned it was my birthday, Cam wished me a happy birthday and asked about my plans. It’s the small gestures that matter, and his kindness and attitude brought a smile to my face!

Very rude, did not want to correct there mistake without attitude. I asked him was it Mikes Way, he pushed the sandwich to me aggressively and said you check it. I opened it and wasn’t the way I asked, I just wrapped it back up a left with 3 subs I purchased. The 2 fell apart when I got home because they over soaked the bread, and had very little meat. I use to have great experiences at Jersey Mike’s, but this location is the worst Rt. 561 Voorhees NJ

I’m writing this review because Nick and Grace are amazing. Nick listened to my food allergy concerns and changed his gloves immediately, to avoid cross contamination. He didn’t make me feel like I was annoying him. I truly appreciate that.
Grace takes a lot of pride in assembling the sandwiches to perfection. To add, the cashier was super sweet plus, knowledgeable. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore. Thank you guys for your service and patience.
