Corina was the rudest and most unprofessional manager that I’ve ever came across. I ordered mozzarella sticks and a slushie at the speaker and wanted to order more but didn’t hear anything at the speaker so we drove up and asked for a 3 piece chicken strip and she said it was going to take 5 minutes for them so we said never mind and that we’ll just pay for the original order and she handed my card back and said she was refusing my service all because I said never mind for the strips. I then asked for her manager and she said she was so I asked for her name and she yelled out and spelled her name through the window. Just say you were lazy and over shift. Not a manager type “lady” AT ALL.

My very 1st time at a sonic.Not very clean. We ordered outside the car. The tables were sticky and alot of flies. Order took about 20min. The kids meal tots were filled half way i asked the lady if thats all they fill.it.they she said that she filled it half way because that was a med. Size.box and didn’t have small sizes left…buy the fries kids meal fries also same size was filled.all the way so whatever. I didn’t order anything for myself besides a cranberry lemonade slushy that was good just too sweet.

We paid $9.09 Very disappointed in the amount of chili & cheese put on a chili cheese fries for the price. We ordered a grilled cheese also, very little cheese. It tasted terrible . Not from the area. Very unsatisfied customer. I didn’t have option to post pictures

The wait for our food was 25 minutes! They said it was a 6 minute wait for the chicken sandwich it took triple the time, we expected a fresh meal since it took so long, we got cold thawed out patties! They were the worst tasting burgers and chicken sandwiches we’ve ever had!! My chicken burger tasted rotten!! Will NEVER go there again & will not recommend! Waste of our money!

Reading all these reviews and seeing that they all experience the same thing I did is insane that it has not been fixed!

I went to Sonic and waited for someone to take my order it took about 5mins until someone Took the order. I placed the order and then it went silent after for about another five minutes. I asked if I should drive up to the window and I did not hear anything for another five minutes and so decided to say that I canceled my order and drove away as it took way too long. I called corporate to let them know the issue, and they had the manager call me and the manager was trying to justify what happened. Saying that I drove off while the employee was making it however, the employee could’ve told me to drive to the window instead of saying nothing there was absolutely no communication or anything. These reviews , tell me this is a reoccurring issue and nothing has been done. I do love sonic my daughter loves sonic however we will not be returning to this particular location, which is sad because it is our home location.

This Dinuba location has got to be the worst Sonic I have ever been to. The building needs a lot of repair and the customer service is horrific. I sat in the drive through for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order; they never did and I had to drive off. This isnt the first time this has happened similarly. I dont know if it’s a lack of adequate staffing or what the situation is. I just know that I consistently get this type of service from this location. Certainly you can at least recognize the customer, correct? Something apologetic like, “We are so sorry for the wait. We will be with you in a moment.”

They intentionally gave me the wrong order after repeating the correct one multiple times. I ordered a large mozzarella stick, sprite with blackberry syrup, and large tater tots. We received a small tater tot, 2 corn dogs, and a sprite with less than 1/4 the normal blackberry syrup. So they knew what my order was but intentionally gave me the wrong thing. To top it off, not a single person wore a mask when they’re required by law in this area. I love sonic but this location has had constant issues over the last year. Nearly Everytime you go here they are incredibly slow to complete the smallest of orders. Their lines take FOREVER, not because of the number of customers, but because they are in no hurry to do anything. If you are the only person in line and order just a drink or two, expect to wait 15 minutes for just your car. Also, they’ve had a speaker system that’s worse than any fast food place I think I’ve ever been to. They can’t hear you and you can hardly hear them because it’s so distorted. This is a known issue and they refuse to do anything about any of these issues. Even the MANAGER at the store refuses to wear a mask when they’re legally required to.

Based on drive through experience. I really don’t want to speak death over this place but, every time I go, the workers always say there is no meat. So basically you cannot order anything on the menu. I am afraid it will shut down due to these shortages of food. It’s been a whole year since the reply is “there is no meat.” So I’ve given up on even stopping by to order food here. My family and friends, have stopped going as well. I’m sad to see this place go so low. It used to be my favorite! It was doing so well about 2 years ago. I hope this place can boost and restore their service. Prayers!
