I love firehouse, but my most recent visit had been the best experience yet.
My wife and I were hungry as we both got off work, and we decided to get a firehouse sandwich. First of all, the staff was very very friendly. But what impressed me the most was how fast we got our food. Almost immediately after I paid, 30 seconds later our food was ready and it was nice and warm. I t tasted so delicious. If you are looking to try somewhere new I would so recommend this place

If my experience was a movie, it would be a 10/10, multiple Oscar winning, absolute cinematic masterpiece. The service was very friendly and you can tell you knew what they were doing. Very quick service and the food was fire. The temptation to buy a pickle bucket was there and it was strong, but I resisted (maybe not the next time though). Overall a 10/10/10 experience, I highly recommend!

Im not sure what’s going on at this location but we’ve been here 3 times and dined in and have yet to have a hot sub. Everything has come out lukewarm at best with cold spots through out. The bread is toasted, yet there’s no warmth to it. I can tell an attempt to heat the deli meat was made yet it’s not anywhere near hot. Are they rushing? Lack of training? Not sure, but I’ve had firehouse delivered in Arizona and even after the delivery process those subs were hotter than what I got here. We love firehouse but are hesitant to try this location anymore.

Friends recommended we try Firehouse subs. Their sandwiches do have a lot of meat and good flavor. They also have far too much sauce, which makes them sloppy and hard to eat. The bread is good, nice, and soft with a delicate crust. Hot sandwiches are put into a microwave to heat, but the employees put the lettuce on them first, which makes for slimey wilted lettuce. In the end, the flavor was good. The amount of meat was great. Bread was fresh. Lettuce was wilted. Sauce overpowered everything- hey easy on the sauce. Nice clean store. *** Be aware that coupons are honored at one per order.

Not like the picture by any means. I thought it was really expensive for a sandwich. Stopped in after doing Christmas returns and only one other group was in there. Still took about 15 minutes for food. Not a quick stop if you are in a hurry for lunch or something.

Was not sure of this place after a bad experience in Pocatello. Decided to give it a try and have found my new sandwich shop. Ordered both the new chicken gyro and the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket. The chicken sandwich had plenty of chicken and toppings with a little burn and the end. The beef and brisket were butter tender with great flavor. Two thumbs up from this family.

I’ve only ever had Firehouse Subs once back in 2019 and was not too impressed but it wasn’t here in Idaho Falls! So, I came in with very low expectations and left as an obvious returning customer! We got the *most DELICIOUS* Pork&Slaw Sandwich and the Chicken Parmesan Sub with their 5 cheese macncheese and a cup of chili. Everything was so tasty, the employees were all really nice and the atmoshere was nice & clean!
We loved the Pork&Slaw Sandwich so much that we ordered another one To-Go for a late night snack! Thank you guys for a great experience!

This location is woefully understaffed.
The staff are amazing people – and they try to give the best level of service possible BUT it is impossible to serve the counter and make a sandwich all at the same time.
Because of the staffing issues the back end is filthy and the tables are not cleaned

Cracking Jokes, Laughing and even apologizing because they are short-staffed and are trying their best
My suggestion – Go in and be a blessing to them. Crack a joke, laugh, smile, even tip them and understand they are not the reason for the problems here . . . they showed up!
