I ordered delivery around 6:45PM and did not receive our food until 8:45PM, despite living only 10 minutes away from this Little Caesar’s location. I would have ordered for pick up and had our dinner an hour and a half earlier if that was possible for me right now, trust me, but my vehicle is currently out of commission. Tbh, walking down there to pick up probably would have been quicker even! Then the app said we would receive our food by 7:44PM, took AN HOUR LONGER than that, we called the store and the man who answered said we could just come in to get our food TOMORROW at no additional cost. Honestly, I work in good service and he should have not only given me a refund right away he should have also offered to remake the food and ensure that it got to us FOR SURE and was FRESHLY MADE…Which is another issue altogether, I NEVER complain about stuff, but this food is COLD AS HELL, like it had been sitting for that full extra hour we had to wait…Or possibly longer than that even, because the Crazy Puffs we ordered sorta look like they’ve been sitting for hours tbh, they are all dried out and crusty and also freezing cold like everything else is…And to top it all off their “tracker” in the app said that our food was delivered ON TIME around 7:44pm when we did NOT actually get it until A FULL HOUR AFTER THAT TIME. Again, I never complain about things like this, I’m a Millennial who understands the struggles of food service workers because I AM one, I’m not a “Karen”, this was just SO BAD I felt like I had to say something here…If a manager could respond to this and please do something to make this right, I would greatly appreciate that and might even consider giving this location another chance in the future…

As you can tell from all the other reviews this place never has any hot and ready available. I decided to be proactive and order ahead of time via phone. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and some puffs. I got there 5 minutes after the time I was quoted and it still wasn’t even in the oven. I waited for a long time while you verbally heard staff complaining in the back. Finally got my food, just happy it’s fresh. Get home. What a disaster- stuffed crust pizza that was extra $$ was NOT stuffed and the crust was a disgusting mixture of crunchy on the outside and cold on the inside. It was so bad my 5 year old wouldn’t even eat it and he eats things off the floor The puffs were soo burned and overcooked there was no longer sauce even them. We threw the entire meal away. Tried to call the store and couldn’t get anyone to even answer. Waste of money

Ordered pizza puffs. They showed me a hot and ready on that looked like it was made yesterday. I asked for fresh ones. I was told it would be 15 minutes. Waited 15 minutes and was then given the ones I looked at originally. Probably my fault for expecting anything more. Just wish I had my 15 minutes back.

Ordered a pizza and some sides online, for delivery. As is the norm anymore, items were forgotten. Called the store, put on insta-hold and left there for 15 mins. DoorDash delivery no help, little Caesar support must be in Indonesia because after 8 mins of hold , heavy accented gentleman offered a refund. Not recommended….

Not one time has this place EVER had anything Hot n Ready! So now you have to wait and the lobby is so small and crowded. Oh but don’t worry. They put one chair in the lobby full of people to fight over for entertainment! Food is medicore usually….the 38th street one is WAY better! And you pay more for this location as to the 38th street location for the same order online!

I have gone to the little ceasars multiple times and they never have any hot and readys available i thought thats why its called hot and ready. I have asked the employee at the register why and they just ignore u and are not very polite .

I was coming here for literally 1 thing and they screwed it up . Then I seen the other reviews and definitely zero listening. Kinda sucks but at least the pizza was normal Ceasars quality.

We have issues here all the time. It is the only Little Caesars in Millcreek and it seems to be ran completely by teenagers. They never know what’s going on, the wait times are always wrong, the food is always wrong, and I have been in the store multiple times the last month to try and get a Hot-N-Ready and they either don’t have any at all, or it’s totally slopped together.
Would really appreciate a location that was managed like Buffalo Rd. They know what they are doing over there.
