Went to Wabi Sabi for my friends Birthday lunch …. this was my first time. It was a fun time. Our margaritas were good to start. Then we had the salad … it was ok but maybe a few more choices for dressing … Our Chef was entertaining but as I looked over at another chef he seemed to have a better presentation… the food was good and tender .. had good flavor. .. portions were good … took some home… I had steak and swordfish , fried rice ,and vegetables. Will most likely go back.

Our local (Chino) Wabi Sabi closed so we decided to come to this location. It was a hit. We had a large party and only six of us were there so we were sat in the bar area and served drinks, and edamame.
Once the rest of our party arrived we were seated at our table. The ordering went well and our drinks were refreshed. The chef was entertaining for the kids and had some over their heads adult jokes for the older folks.
The food was cooked perfectly. The steaks were at the correct temps we asked for. Fish and chicken were juicy. Sauces were tasty and paired well with the food.
We will be back!

The sushi attendant was excellent. the servers are on top of it. however the management is an idiot. I went to the restroom. they have self-flushing commodes. I stood up. my watch fell off into the toilet which automatically flushed. the manager had no concern. no care and his. I’m sorry was totally after the fact. I would eat here again but the management is horrible, is it the cultural difference cuz they know nothing about customer service!!

The only thing I don’t like about tepanyaki places, is that they wait to fill the table before the chef comes out to start preparing your meal. The food itself was great, I’d definitely come back. The shrimp were kind of small, but the serving sizes of everything was very generous. We tried a few rolls which were also very good. Located in a strip mall, like most places in Rancho so lots of parking available. They have a bar section as well with a TV for sports if that’s something you look for.

The staff was very kind. I ordered an entrée to share with my friend, we had just got off work, next-door. they separated it on two plates for us. the Chicken and Scallops were really good. I also ordered a couple of sushi rolls. I found a hair on one of them so it turned my appetite off. I enjoyed the soup though and my friends said the salad and beer was really good.

Great food cooked in front of you. Our chef (William) was talkative and had a flare that made the experience wonderful.
Our waitress Victoria) could not of been nicer. She was super fast and was telling jokes the whole time.
We will be back.

Came here for our anniversary… It was an ok experience, the food wasn’t the best, the chef wasn’t entertaining at all, very boring and disappointing.

It was a good place but unfortunately since I went to another one a year ago this one came out short to be honest. The entertainment was the same but as the food comes out it gets cold and my previous place same scenario better location and better set up as well as the food coming out hot hot. Would I come a second time no to be honest it was overpriced for cold food.

Wait was a bit long but it was definitely worth it. Prices are fair but the food is AMAZING. The chef was very friendly and did some awesome tricks. Thanks Kenny!

Came in on a Friday around 4:45pm got seated right away. They get busy right around this time.
All of our drinks & appetizer (a sushi roll) came out quickly.
Me & my friend ordered the Imperial deluxe dinner which consists of soup, salad, (3) shrimp, NY steak, chicken & scallops (or shrimp option) with fried rice. Honestly that meal is big enough for both of us to share. I’ll have to keep that in mind for next time.
I personally felt like the food lacked a little salt. Obviously the dipping sauces help with that I guess. Other than that our Teppan guy was nice, funny & entertaining and we had a very pleasant experience ☺
