Picked up take n bake sausage pizza. No where near the does taste same as freshly made. Crust is plain, sausage tastes like breakfast sausage. Very disappointed. We love your pizza

Came all the way from Florida and this was a stop I wanted to make seeing as it used to be my favorite pizza joint. I get there and the waitress puts the pizza on a paper towel holder and it spills onto another pizza and we have to scramble to save it before it touches the table. Then on top of everything the pitcher we were served soda in had soap in it and it left a soapy taste in my mouth and burned my tongue because of the chemicals and when they were called on their mess up they acted like they didn’t do anything or even have corporates number. Definitely save your money and go somewhere else.

Very disappointed at this recent visit! After ordering food, service was pretty much non-existent. A raw gluten free pizza was served and we have to go get the waitress to get the situation rectified. Took 20+ minutes for new pizza to be made while no refills or removal of finished plates were offered. Had to physically go to the front to ask for refills, boxes and the check after not seeing any worker, let alone our server for 10+ minutes.
Have been to Monicals in Missouri before and the experience was great, so hopefully this was just a one off!

Ordered food at 4:00 PM for 5:30 PM delivery. No sign of pizza at 6:05, so call and told it’s out for delivery and to wait 20 minutes more. Shows up at 6:31 PM completely undercooked. I’m sure they’re very busy, but this is not the first time with this location we’ve had issues.

Wanted to like this place cause my daughter loves going here when we’re in town. But just not impressed. Salad was very basic. Spaghetti was ok. And the bread sticks were pizza crust tasting with light butter and salt. I’m sure we’ll be back. Hope it’ll be better.

A favorite spot to have thin pizza that’s packed with flavors. Its one of my childhood favorites growing up and I had it again during a recent visit and it was still delicious! Wish this was available where I live now. There are some good choices but sometimes you crave the ones you had when you were a kid once in a while.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner here and they were AMAZING to us! We got the whole back of the restaurant to ourselves, a private waiter, and a tv to use. We brought in cupcakes and flowers and it was perfect. Room for 30 people and we were so happy. No time limit on the room and plenty of food for everyone that was warm and served right when we asked them, which was a bit delayed due to people coming from out of town, but they were so nice about it and made every accommodation for us. We weren’t rushed or made to feel like anything more than a welcome guest. Have your party here!

Messed up the pizza order and took long time to receive our food. Once we receive our order the pasta was very under cook. Would thought they could have at least got that right. You guys need Check on the cooks and make sure they are cooking the food right. Waitress needs to be more attentive to her tables as well. Will not be back

Bday dinner was bad. Took 40 mins for a small pizza and undercooked pasta. Waitress was not tentative to us but she was towards other tables . Luckily breadsticks were good. Another table had a pizza that messed up and they were given the pizza that was messed up AND the right pizza (size large pizzas) then I was told my pizza was messed up but was not given the messed up pizza and had to wait additional time . Don’t Goto this location
