My partner and I stopped in yesterday for a couple of shakes and so my partner could use the restroom. This Dairy Queen has been recently updated! We were greeted by a very nice young man behind the counter who promptly took our order. While waiting, I began looking at all the icecream cakes. As the young man behind the counter didn’t currently have any other customers to wait on, he came over and asked if I would like a tour of the their icecream cakes. In all my years of coming to Dairy Queen, I don’t remember anyone ever offering to give me a tour of their icecream cakes! No sooner did I turn around to find him standing there with our shakes in hand. They were delicious!! This young man went above and beyond! He was friendly, welcoming, and assertive. In a world where kiosk ordering and non-attentive customer service seems to be becoming the norm, I am proud to give this restaurant five stars across the board! ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

My drive thru order was supposed to have a kids mini cookie dough blizzard and a medium snickers blizzard and they gave me 2 different blizzards.

I went through the drive thru on a Friday afternoon and I was given a drink with no DQ label on it (which was shady to begin with but I thought, I would still try to give them a chance, my mistake) and then when I grabbed the drink from my cupholder to take a sip from the cup, the lid was all messed up and popped off, spilling all over my lap in my vehicle. I ordered the chicken strips basket with ranch and the ranch wasn’t house made as advertised on the menu. To make matters worse I was given chicken strips the size of golf balls and soggy fries. This experience was very disappointing.

I enjoyed going to Dairy Queen today in Highland very much! I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket with gravy and it was delicious and piping hot! The very sweet and smiley young lady (I believe her name was Callisa) at the window had handled my food with care and offered me extra napkins with my food.

I think we’re going to give up on this DQ. The order we got tonight was, once again, wrong and the food we did get was done without any care at all. We got 3, 6 pc chicken baskets, 2 were honey BBQ, 1 regular… there were no fries in 2 of the baskets, and the BBQ looked to have been just squirted in the box on the chicken. The Texas toast was just sliced bread and the blizzards were a mess. This is not the first time our order and the food was messed up. We keep hoping they’ll improve but it just keeps getting worse and the prices still go up. I mean… for the prices they ask… we should at least -get- the food!

The food is ok but this has horrible service. They constantly close extremely early with no signs or notice. Pulled in at 9, someone is die saw me and then proceeded to turn off all lights like they’re closed. Happens a lot.

Foods decent but the workers need to turn there headsets up or the owners need to get them new ones but they can never hear what your saying and instead of asking what you said they just put random things on your order
