First time trying this restaurant! We ordered takeout since it was way too cold to leave the hotel room. The food arrived still hot even after 30 minutes, which was impressive. Portions are huge—easily enough to feed 6–8 people.
The kids absolutely loved the Chinese lo mein; it disappeared fast. My only downsides were that the beef and pepper garlic dish had a bit too much pepper for my taste, and the BBQ pork in the chop suey was slightly dry.
Other than that, everything else was really good and definitely worth trying.

Whenever I go to Niagara I have to stop at Phongs for an egg roll. It is a meat filled egg roll and it’s so good!!! Their dishes are flavourful and not too salty. Their prices are fair and portions are filling. Everything is made fresh and always hot. I DO recommend this hidden Jem .

The flavour is there, the right temperature, but man are they stingy! The containers are just full enough, to look like you got something. Any item that has vegetables, well you will get mostly veggies, and little to no meat. A Family of five meal which is almost $100 (in this economy) comes with tiny timbit sized chicken balls and there is only 12 of them in a box!

Very good food, good portion sizes and very flavourful. Definitely beats the competitors in the area. Chicken balls were very juicy and chicken fried rice was great. Only critique would be that the fried noodles were a bit tasteless. Will be returning.

Food is good, fish is great but is lacking any tar tar sauce or fish sauce only soy sauce as a side. The pork fried rice is barely 1/6th inch pieces of pork mixed with a ton of rice. Is it tasty? Yes. But for the price I’d expect some decent pieces of pork

We had this delivered and it’s the best food I’ve had in 25 years! I’m VERY picky with my Chinese food often driving back to Windsor to get what I love but this place has stopped me in my tracks. I ordered chicken fried rice… I love the egg bits and perfectly sized chicken, not greasy or dry, General Tao chicken, which was mild as requested AND the best beef/ broccoli I’ve ever had. The beef tasted like prime rib, perfect texture and very flavourful & the broccoli was tender but not mushy.

Ordered Chinese food from here and both my girlfriend and I got sick afterward. We hadn’t eaten anything else in common that day. Food quality and hygiene are a serious concern. Definitely won’t be coming back.

They put the wrong lid on my soups and the plastic melted into the soup container and when I picked it up the soups spilt all over my car. Didn’t get to eat the chicken rolls cuz they were soaked in soup. Can’t comment on food because I didn’t get to eat it. Also no cardboard in bag so rest of food broke through bag all over floor. How do you not know how to package takeout food. Burned hands as well. Since last time I been there different owners. No hole in soup lid and clearly the wrong lid like come on can’t be that dumb. Oh and price was insane for the meals as well more than what menu said when I got there.

Paid 60 dollars asked for 2 fortunes for new years we paid to and they didn’t give it to us not to mention ive came here fir years and the food has def changed chicken balls and now they taste like pork I kid you not. And it seems like it may of been frozen then heated and not freshly made use to lvoe this place. Sad times

I arrived to Canada the same day and was craving Chinese food. Luckily, this place was open (many restaurants in the area close by 9 pm). The inside wasn’t much, which is fine since many carry out places are like that. However, the food was very mediocre. Everything tasted and looked similar, whether it be the fish or the chicken. It was all pretty bland and some containers had more vegetables than meat. The fried shrimp was also disappointing and lacked flavor. If you’re hungry after 9 pm, just stop at the nearby Walmart or Costco and pick something up. Also to mention it was pretty expensive.
