We went to the Lancaster Central Market today and met wonderful people at Soulcialize. Corie and Jada were very helpful and friendly. We wanted to try the collard greens so we got a plate with delicious brisket, potato salad, cornbread and collard greens. We even got an extra bowl of greens as it was my husband’s first time to try them. The food was seasoned well and tasted great. The cornbread was very moist also. If you go by the market check them out , you will enjoy the food and good company.

First time trying soul food (restaurant version) and it was amazing. I went down to the market this morning when they first opened so the food was nice and fresh.. It was remarkable. They need a physical building asap. The cornbread was so fire and the best part was it was only 14$ for the platter and my cornbread. I had the beef ribs with mac and cheese, and everything was absolutely delicious. If the sauce is house-made, I’d suggest adding a touch more seasoning or a slight kick, or perhaps offering a few additional sauce options. Overall, the food was great, the service was good, and we really enjoyed visiting the Long’s Park location.

We were surprised by not only the delicious food but cordial staff at Soulcialize. The staff spent time to educate us on the history of soul food in America, and of their food offerings. Overall, it was all delicious and we definitely plan to revisit and taste their other selections when we are in town again. We recommend this establishment!

Just look at this foood! The mac n cheese is sooo flavorful and delicious. The sweet potatoes compliment the mac n cheese perfectly. And the ribs just steal the show! Very affordable for the amount of food you get and the quality of food! Easily becoming my go to spot at Lancaster central market. Can barely eat it alone as everyone I am with always want a bite! Must try Corey’s food or even stop by to have a lovely chat if he is free, which he usually is not!
