Another favorite: Lasagna on November 5, 2025
October 27th menu had meatloaf, tenderloin, brussel sprouts , corn, carrotts, and white beans.
I had meatloaf, brussel sprouts, and carrots. A Tasty meal as always. See photo of my To Go Plate.
September 15th menu had a delicious stuffed cabbage, that was nicely seasoned, and I also chose brussel sprouts and carrots. Nothing was left after I used the cornbread muffin to soak up the remaining juices from the stuffed cabbage.

My husband and I have made a trip on a few occasions to eat at this fine establishment. The food is outstanding, family friendly service every time! We truly enjoy all this place has to offer. Everyone must stop by and enjoy the food and comforting atmosphere! Mama’s Kitchen will not disappoint you.

Great hidden gym and Gallatin. They have a different menu every day. I was told to give them a call and listen to voicemail to know what their menu is for the day. Just show up it will be good. I had fried chicken and it was great. Staff was friendly. Don’t tell my wife, but they had the best pecan pie I’ve ever had.

Came for a meat and 2 ordered the Fried chicken Mac&Cheese with mashed potatoes. Also had a 2nd plate with pinto beans and mashed potatoes and a slice of pecan pie my total was $32.06 once I got home halfway from the store and saw my plate I was disappointed. The Mac and cheese looked like soup the mashed potatoes also looked like soup and the 1 piece of fried chicken thigh I received was burnt. Everything looked as though it was prepared in a nursing home for people with no teeth. The food looked nothing like what I expected. Portions didn’t equal the price. If you’re wanting REAL SOUL FOOD THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!
Did go back for a refund it was disappointing watching 3 employees along with the manager come to the window and smirk and laugh at the guest who wanted a refund but they won’t ever have to worry about receiving my business again!!!! That food looked awful.

I never write reviews but after eating lunch here today I don’t want anyone to waste thier hard earned money here. This was our first time here and I honestly am beating myself up for not reading the reviews. It was $52 for two people for a meat and two, a drink and a slice of pie. The mashed potatoes was instant, the pinto beans and corn were from a can. I could have went to Food Lion next door and bought that and heated it up at home. The meat was ok and the corn muffins and pie was fine. They don’t have prices posted anywhere so beware. Also they don’t have fountain drinks they give you a 12 oz bottle of drink with a glass of ice. When we got to our car we felt robbed cause we could have gotten better food at Old Glory or Cracker Barrel. We won’t ever go back.

This is my favorite local restaurant to go for lunch during the week or on Sunday after church for lunch with the family. The food is so good and waitress’ make you feel like family.

My Brother and I like to get together a couple times a month for lunch. Today we tried Mamas Kitchen in Gallatin TN. The food was great. Service was wonderful and we even got to poke a little fun at the Owner for his Ohio State tshirt. We will definitely be back to this Meat and 3!!

Food was just ok. Service wasn’t too great. After the guy brought or drink he never again came by to see if we needed anything at all. It was a little overpriced as well I think for what we got. 31.00 for 2 meals and one drink and a water. Could have went to way better for that price We would probably try again but not too soon.
