Fantastic find!
This food has been the highlight of my trip to 30A.
Anastasia was fabulous. She was around when needed but let us enjoy our meal without any pressure.

One of our favorite places for breakfast. This time I ordered the cinnamon roll. It was good and I wanted more of that cream cheese frosting. Ray ordered the bisquits and gravy and it was good too!

Super cute breakfast diner! Indoor and outdoor seating available. Charming atmosphere and great service. Avocado toast was super tasty and way more filling than I thought. We also tried out the biscuits and gravy, and didnt leave hungry! Will 100% be back next time we’re in town!

Why does no one talk about this place??! We had a great experience at this breakfast spot! I ordered the pancake with turkey sausage (so yummy!), sourdough toast, and hash browns—everything was absolutely amazing and super tasty. My brother had a breakfast sandwich, and the rest of our group ordered the eggs Benedict, which they loved. Our server, Jennifer, was so kind and attentive throughout the meal. We would definitely come back again!

We had breakfast at Canopy Road Cafe and it was just the average. I had a Canopy Road breakfast and my friend had the blueberry pancake. For Canopy Road breakfast I could choose from different sides, breakfast meat and bread options. I had the fruits, turkey sausage and sourdough bread. Nothing was bad but nothing stood out either. They don’t have fresh juice. A plenty of space for parking and the waitress was friendly.

Went here for our last day in 30A celebrating a bachelorette party and the food was exceptional, but the customer service was disappointing. Our waitress seemed like she was either having a bad day or hated her job. She never checked on us or brought us the things we asked for. When she took our order and cashed us out- she was cold towards us. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 10+ years and can tell when someone is busy vs. just doesn’t care. It was unfortunate, because I saw the tables near us chatting, smiling and laughing with their server and he seemed great. Hope she changes her attitude so she can make better tips in the future. Can’t remember her name- I’ll have to find my receipt.

Been wanting to try this spot for a minute and found it pretty average. Service was average, not bad, but nothing stellar. Atmosphere was nice, definitely fits into the 30 avenue vibe. We were seated pretty quickly but seating was fairly cramped. I love biscuits and gravy, a favorite breakfast of mine. I ordered the biscuits and gravy here and, again, not really blown away. Tasted basic, like it was just flour, butter, salt and pepper. Portions were large, but I don’t equate quantity with quality and I dislike places that try to cover bland or boring foods by providing mass quantities. My wife got the parfait and, I guess it was parfait but nothing to write about. Seasoning on the home fries is good and bacon was cooked well. Asked for over medium egg and got over easy, not a big deal but paints the picture. Wasn’t as expensive as I was expecting for the location. I might go back and try the breakfast burrito as many people enjoyed that.

Right away at the bar instead of having to wait. Our waitress came to us quickly and got our drinks to us just as quick. She was very attentive the whole time coming back to check on refills and even asking if I wanted to warm up my coffee. Literally never had anyone ask me that before.
The food was delicious and mouthwatering the whole way. The ultimate breakfast burrito is hands down the best burrito I have ever had. Very well plated and garnished properly. Thanks to the manager at the expo station being meticulous!
I can see why there is consistency with every meal that goes out. There are checklist everywhere to ensure this.
What I said above is why so many restaurants fail. Not having QC. The guy at the expo was on top of his game. We enjoyed watching him do his job and seeing all the food go out. Vibrant colors and garnished with proper ingredients that actually go together.
You can tell the owners, manager and waiters/waitresses care about this place!

We were looking for a good place to have breakfast and we were more than satisfied. The service and the food were equally excellent. The portions are extremely large and we couldn’t even finish it. We plan to return whenever we’re in town and I highly recommend that you give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed.
