We attended the Talib Kweli concert at the Summer of Soul festival and market at the outdoor amphitheater at the Marcus PAC. This lovely food truck was there. The Ramen Birria and tacos were great. There was a line all night long at their food truck.

You’ll hardly find them at this location. Multiple times I’ve stopped by with no luck during weekends. They don’t update their social media page to say where their food truck will be, or their voice message says they will be at their regular location the next day when in reality, they won’t. I’ve been a frequent customer for some years, but this really deters someone who wants to support local businesses. Food is great, but they’re really losing frequent loyal customers.

Great food and service! Will definitely be my go to for Birria tacos or quesabirria. Definitely a must try if you’re in the area. We also enjoyed a great elote preparado and fruta from the next door vendor. The elote and fruit were delicious and they offered excellent service as well.

Being from Tijuana/San Diego I can tell you this is the only Birria in Milwaukee that’s done right. Tastes just like home. Combo #3 is like “un orden de Birria” in TJ and the best bang for the buck. This place is literally the only Birria I’ll eat in the Midwest.
