I am an avid lover of Firehouse Subs. But this was the first time to this location and I’m not sure I’ll be back. I ordered 2 large Beef Cheddar sandwiches. The employee at the register was kind and attentive. While waiting I went to sit down and the empty tables in the store were dirty and sticky. The floor needed sweeping pretty badly. When we got the food, it was okay at best. And my biggest complaint, No or VERY LITTLE BBQ sauce. The beef was GOOD! And there was plenty of mayo. But this sandwich is supposed to have a tangy sweet taste along with the meat and mayo. It ties the flavors together and BOTH these sandwiches were lacking or didn’t have any BBQ sauce. I’m one to give a place at least 2 tries. so I’ll visit one more time and see if this was a fluke.

Like what the actual heck is this I’ve never got a sandwich from there that’s so dried out and meat looks old as can be and it’s tore like someone just tore the meat and put it on there. Worst meal ever and called and they say it’s not their fault like what? Ya it is ya made the sandwich

Community gives you business, and you guys not able to support them. I just ask for surveillance footage of my husband’s car wreck on w Henderson st, and the lady working over there yesterday after 2pm told me (1)she don’t have access (2) Manager returns after 2 week ( only 1 manager?)(3) after that footage will disappear.The little kind gesture helps me to claim my insurance.No business for you guys

I love the Burleson location. This one, not so much.
The staff was obviously not happy to be there. Everyone has an off day though.
I placed my order and was asked if I wanted white or wheat bread. The order was taken accurately however the person who made the sandwich ignored the bold Wheat bread on the order.
I started to mention it but the staff was too busy arguing and acting like middle school kids. If there was management on site they were ignoring them because they were quite loud.
The sandwich was mediocre. Kind of warm with an abundance of dressing rendering it a soggy mess.

The wait time there Is actually ridiculous most of the time they’re standing there doing nothing. I do like the food, but they obviously need to hire some more people that know how to work in fast food cause it’s giving slow… I’m not the type of person to make remarks like that but I promise it’s not hard to make a sandwich I’m paying $20 plus for. Subway never takes long so I’m just lost upon what’s so difficult.
