We had such a great experience at Sushi Mon Sahara. The ambience is very homey and welcoming. Everything we ordered was a hit, and genuinely great across the board. The wait time was short also, and the service was excellent from start to finish.
We love trying food when we travel, both here in the US and abroad, and I can confidently say this is the best all-you-can-eat Japanese we’ve ever had. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back again!

I am from Texas and EVERY TIME I come in town, this is the FIRST place on my list. The food never misses! These chefs are so incredibly talented in what they do! The atmosphere is so friendly. If you want to come to a place and have it feel like home…..this is it. Service is immaculate! Everyone is so attentive.

Came for a weeknight dinner since it was close by to home, and was really impressed with our service! Our waitress and the chefs were very attentive and pleasant, and helped make suggestions on the menu. All of the carpaccios were to die for!! The flavor was immaculate and the fish tasted super fresh. The shrimp tempura and fried shumai were also perfectly crisp. The yellowtail and super white nigiri were a little too chewy for my taste but overall a great experience and I will be coming back again for the carpaccios and to try some different rolls!

Chef Penny and Chef Lee were amazing, friendly, and overall great sushi chefs to sit at the bar with. The food came out in a timely manner and all the dishes had great flavor. Our server, Maria, was also very attentive and always smiling. We are never disappointed during our visits here. Day or night, you should come eat here!

We were looking for a new sushi place and someone recommended Sushi-mon. I am so glad he did. The food, service, and atmosphere were all a 10/10! We got the Lexy Special, Mon Special, Hawaiian tuna, and fried gyoza. They were all delicious! The guys making the sushi were also amazing! They added to a good time while making amazing sushi in record time. This is our new favorite sushi restaurant in Vegas! Oh, and Karaoke was the icing on the cake!!

This place has amazing all you can eat off the strip. The staff is a blast and they have amazing energy. The food is just as top notch as the server and chefs energy. Great music, great vibes. They even do half rolls on most things so you can try them before you fill up on them. Im so lucky this is close to where I live. Certainly a regular spot for my wife and I to take our clients to when they are in town and want to experience great Las Vegas Sushi. This one should be on your list.

Sushi Chef Penny was friendly to talk to really knew her craft. Our go to sushi spot! Their menu has so many different sushi options. Some of our favs are the banana roll, Mexican roll, mon roll, salmon killer roll and call 911 roll! 10/10 customer service, always clean. Plus they have all you can eat AND DRINK! Where do you find that! 10000000/10
