Honestly service not bad, wait time isnt bad. What upsets me is that the last 3 times I have visited this location, I got the same girl in drive through as the cashier. Everytime I pay, I pay with card. She pulls out this handheld device and saids “its just gonna ask you a quick question”. Its a tip option. I dont mind tipping, but she deliberately holds the screen in a way where all the tip options are closest to me and the furthest option to “not tip” is away from me. I dont mind tipping a dollar or two but there is no reason I should pay 20% for a damn coffee. I can barley reach the “no tip” and have clicked on 20% on accident 2 out of the 3 times during my visit here. I will not be coming back for a 4th time. Make sure your cashiers have screen facing your customers, its deliberate what that cashier is doing. To bad I dont have a name.

Waited a minute for someone to take my order, no one did. pulled around to the window like the sign says to do, waited 8 minutes for them to serve the single car in front of me, pulled up to the window, waited a minute, beeped, and no one came so I left. This Dunkin is great because of the convenience of the location but I’ve waited on line for 10-15 minutes for one coffee more than once. Today was the worst and I’d rather spend $7 at Starbucks and receive better service.

Left the St Augustine Amp after Peter Frampton concert. Shows online that the Dunkin is open until 10PM. Arrived at 9:25PM to find that the employees were sitting out front on their phones and they were all cleaned up and closed. Stated that was just the way it is.

The Staff at this dunkin was extremely rude and inconsiderate both of the young men kept messing around with thier friends who were causing a scene after I had waited almost 10 minutes for someone to help me ( they were outside and what looked like arount the corner hiding from the customers and had a attitude when they took my order like I was a inconvenience) after I got my order I seen the who I only will assume friends of the Dunkin employees going into the staff only area causing a ruckus and running around the Circle k almost running into me and to be fair i understand kids will be kids but there’s are not kids they are young adults but to be fair as a regular at the gas station and which i have been for years i can only take so much but after this altercation ( WHICH IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPEND ) I don’t think I will be returning to the dunkin or Circle k. I will be writing a letter to corporate and NEVER goint to this dunkin location again

Order was wrong and replaced with a sandwich . Only a small portion of the right side toasted and COLD. Had to let it sit in the sun to melt the cheese. Can’t even make a sandwich. Good job!

I come here almost every Sunday for breakfast and never once have I had a bad experience. The sandwiches are always warm and fresh with melty cheese, the coffee (I love the iced Dunkalatte) is always so good as well. Aside from them occasionally not having a doughnut flavor I wanted I have no problems at all with this place.
