This place is a hidden gem for anyone craving delicious Mexican food! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always smiling and creating a friendly atmosphere. The food was incredibly tasty, full of flavor, and felt freshly made. It might be considered fast food, but the quality is outstanding. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to try something truly Mexican. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Carlos Sabroso restaurant
I ordered the same dish I usually have. Because of a health condition, I politely asked the staff member who served me if it would be possible to divide the portion into two plates so it could be shared. He was very kind and helpful and agreed to do so without any issue.
However, when I went to pay, another staff member a man wearing glasses and with visible tattoos informed me that I had to pay for two portions instead of one. This was surprising and frustrating, as the quantity served was clearly the same as a single portion and no one had mentioned any additional charge beforehand.
I fully understand paying more when ordering more food, but that was not the case here. The situation could have been handled with better communication and more consideration. The way it was addressed left me feeling disappointed and unfairly treated.
I hope you take this feedback into account to improve communication between staff and ensure customers are informed clearly about pricing in advance.

Today we decided to treat ourselves to Mexican style food for lunch. Carlos Sambrosa is purely EPIC! We had the quesadilla, Chicken Rice bowl and California burrito and everything was fantastic! The homemade lemonade fits perfectly as it is refreshing and reduces the flames a good bit!
