Super friendly staff, batter is light and crispy, super tasty food! I had the fish taco and it was amazing! On top of that you can get amazing ice cream at the end!

Stopped here before many times, but on this magical May 20th, 2025 was the best time when the planets aligned, harmony was felt, and dogs and cats were getting along. It was a busy day at work, so I decided to eat light. Fish for the win. (Fin)
Kaitlin was friendly, was an excellent server, and the food came out so fast and hot. They chef brought it out himself. He was a bigger guy, yet gingerly and graceful as a ballerina making his way to the table, think I even saw him pirouette back into the kitchen at one point. As I have always said in all my food reviews, I always trust a big chef. You don’t want to buy a car from a guy who never drives, right?? Never trust a skinny chef.
I had a simple Cod and shrimp meal for $20 and still have 20 minutes to kill before going back to work. I didn’t feel weighted y the batter was so light on the fish it was airy and crisp at the same time.

This review is from a skipthedishes order. Keep that in mind when reading this review. Also keep in mind this was on new years Eve.
The food in quantity was fine however in taste and quality it was lacking. The fish on all 3 meals were tough/chewy either frozen from the back of the freezer or old and overcooked, lacking in flavour. Fries tasted off like they were prepared in old oil somehow the ends were overcooked while the middle of the fry was soggy. I can not speak about the quality when eating at the restaurant. If eating from here do not order delivery from any delivery platform.

Excellent fish & chips and seafood platter! Every bite was crispy and enjoyable. The shrimps were SO good; the best that I’ve had! My husband doesn’t eat seafood, so he ordered the chicken strips; he loved it. Super clean restaurant and washroom; feel safe to eat in here during Covid time. Friendly and speedy service.

Both orders were wrong. Never ended up getting the proper orders. The food we had wasn’t great. The worst part was the server. After being served, she didn’t acknowledge us until she was bringing the bill. We went to pay at the cash and she passed us on to someone else halfway through payment. Will not return.

Dropped in by chance and left very happy and satisfied. Great fish, batter crisp, fresh and not overly thick. Taste the fish, mild and near perfect, with tartar sauce, and fresh fries with the skins on. Service cheery and efficient and personable. Price well worth the quality and portions on display. Recommended, highly. A perfect lunch spot, quiet and memorable for all the right reasons.
