We will avoid this location from now on. We found a hair in the bottom of my daughters cup. To top it off our visit today (feb 11) the girl at the window was rude. We’ve never had a problem here before. It’s usually really clean and the kids are sweet. It just seems to lose it’s attentiveness in the slower months

We moved to this area 2 years ago. Never even knew this place existed. Wish we did. We would have been coming here!! Some good ol fashion flyers would have opened my eyes to this gem! This place is great and the sno cones are fantastic! My family and I love it!! And the customer service is perfect! Great job!

I visited the Bahama Buck’s on North Tarrant Parkway and the experience was really disappointing. We went inside, and the guy working — glasses, ginger hair — made it clear he didn’t want to be there. He even said, “I’m not even supposed to be here,” and his attitude showed it.
My aunt’s shaved ice had large chunks of ice and wasn’t made properly. My small cup was only filled halfway. For what we paid, the quality and customer service were nowhere near acceptable. Not impressed at all, and I hope management addresses this.

We waited and waited to get our drive thru order, Saturday night at 7:30. The cars were lined up to the street! 6 people in drive thru and Only one poor girl trying to Take the inside and outside orders and Make the orders! We will never go back. Also I am not sure how safe it is to have only 1 employee being female in the store alone. Finally just left without making an order.

Bahama Buck’s is hands down the BEST place to cool off and treat yourself! Their shaved ice is unbelievably soft and fluff, it literally melts in your mouth. The flavor choices are endless, and every single one I’ve tried has been delicious and refreshing. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The store is bright, clean, and gives you those perfect island vibes the second you walk in. Whether you want a quick pick-me-up or a fun spot to hang out with family and friends, Bahama Buck’s never disappoints. Highly recommend! You’ll leave happy every single time! Keep up the great work!

This place got a 3 star review because after we arrived, they started mopping and the bleach smell and fumes was really strong. It ruined the taste of my snow cone. There a time and place to clean and it’s not while customers are in the building. My granddaughter enjoyed her snow cone anyway.

Stay in your car to order, they definitely prioritize drive through to walk-ins. 20 minute wait for a snow cone while cars are getting theirs regularly isn’t right.

Walked into the building and was the only client in the place (they had 4 staff members behind the counter!) I stood there for about 3 to 5 minutes and several people made eye contact with me but nobody acknowledge me or said anything.
It’s a really nice place, fun, ambience, well-maintained, menu looks really fun. Unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy any of it because I’m feeling a little snarky today and left 🙂
Sorry guys… I recommend some training on the basics of customer service (which seems to be rare in the younger generations coming up these days)
If I was in a better mood I would’ve given a few stars but you just never know, so might as well treat every client like they are important and you are happy to see them
