A great experience. VFW is non profit and has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for veterans and their families during times of crisis. You feel welcome within minutes of walking into the place. It’s not your typical bar. It’s a veterans club that is open to the public. No drug users or shady people, just good people and veterans having an occasional drink and coming together on weekends and holidays to raise money for people in need.
