Been there twice, will never go back. The manager, she’s a liar. Flat face lied to my wife twice. We ordered a pepperoni lovers with extra pepperoni. She said the extra pepperoni was under the cheese. That was a lie.
The other time we came there
We ordered thin crust. The manager made it with hand tossed, then said she was only give us $15 back on a 25. Dollar order. Not a good way to run a business. She should be fired.

The manager we ordered thin crust, she gave us hand tossed.Not what we ordered, she was very rude. About the whole thing the manager can mess up, but she wants you to pay for her mistake.We will never ever return she said the pepperoni, the extra that we ordered and paid for was under the cheese. She lied about that. If she was treated that way, she would never go back again. Maybe that’s the way she treats everybody.. we should have read all the bad reviews on this place before even going there.. we would rather go to paradise pizza than this place.We would rather drive down to fort.Smith than to go to this place it is one of the worst piece of huts. I’ve ever had business with. I would rather go to Zack’s pizza in Ozark. Lot friendlier and better buffet.

Ordered cheese bread with my pasta. They waited till they got to the hotel to tell me they dont do cheese bread and showed up without any bread sticks to replace. Pasta is crap wothout the garlic bread, dinner sucked.

So glad there is still a pizza hut with a salad bar still open where you can. Go in and sit down. But pizza has gone down for me.
I love their Italian dressing so I got salad and my craving was satisfied but the bar didn’t have a few things that normally are on a bar. I use to get a personal pan pizza it was baked in a cast iron and it came out crusty and good.
This time it was brought out in a basket. Not crusty at all.
And the Canadian bacon on it looked fake meat. There were no menus, waitress said people steal them
But why? So it would have been nice of her to bring us one and she could take it after we ordered. We were disappointed. But service was good, staff was friendly.

I called yesterday to verify they were open today….being January 1. They assured me the buffet would be on for supper. We arrived at 5:00 to discover NO SALAD BAR….NO.PWPSI….

Came in at 7 all the chairs are put up, guy was rude and you could tell he didn’t want us there. Waited 15 min for menus he never came out. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. Go to zacks pizza down the road.

I ordered 2 pizzas from the PIZZA Hut app. Double checked that my order was correct because I know how they do. I pick the pizza up get home and their plain cheese with no toppings. After I called and spoke with the manger they said it wasn’t their fault and that it was my problem. She said she wasn’t going to fix it even tho I had a receipt. This was at 3:30 July 28 on a Sunday. She’s usually the one at the Register. Dark headed kinda chunky. So keep that in mind
