I was never served. When I arrived there were at least 10 cars waiting in the drive thru, so I went inside for service. There were several people ahead of me and 3 tables waiting to get their food. After about 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our orders, 2 of us decided to leave. We were never given any explanation as to why we weren’t being waited on. As I left, I did say that I guess we can forget about getting service, therefore I will be contacting management.

Will be filing a charge back with my bank. Paid for mobile order on the app and they kept saying I did not pay. Eventually left when they tried to get me to come inside to pay a second time after already showing my receipt I don’t care about the money at all but the principle of it stands.

If I can give this place zero stars I would the food was cold and I told the order taker that I was using my coupon on the app for 8.00 and yet I got charged 10.00 smh this place I won’t come back to at all the people there always looking like they have attitudes and very rude each and every time ….. don’t like your job the find another one. They have never messed up my orders, they always perfectly make the burgers, they are kind, and make sure you have straws, sauces, spoons, whatever you are supposed to have for your meal. Every other burger king always leaves the pickles on my burger, or worse they take them off before serving it, it tastes like vinegar. Ive never had this issue here, they also give the appropriate amount of toppings, they don’t skip.

I had went to burger king around 12 am yesterday just to get something after my shift, and I had gotten the chicken sandwich of theirs (which I love). I was half way eating it and I found a piece a plastic in my food…. please do better next time !

Will never return to this location. My last order was garbage. Got home and my burger was burnt, the lettuce was dark brown and my burger was not customized how I like it. I threw it out and filled out their survey only to basically be talked to like a child when ther regional manager finally contacted me a week later. Obviously nothing was done for me. A $14 lesson to be learned for sure. Think twice about going here folks.

We visited burger king which we visit mostly 3 times a week via drive thru, while first time we were thinking to sit inside and eat, so we went to counter since we waited for around 5 mins so we asked will someone take order so this person came and start arguing for nothing and say we will not serve you have a good day. If this burger king branch has audio recording they can come to know the way of serving.
Since Burger king is biggest food chain they shouldn’t hire manager or employee like this.

Had went through the drive thru, at the windows they were very rude didnt even speak to me. Then after I get my food about 5 minutes later I realized that they never gave me my card back. Went back waited 20 minutes l, employees were arguing in the back. And they charged me another 10 dollars for somebody else food. And was refused a refund because “there was no charge in the system” which is funny cause it was on my card. If I could leave zero stars i would! I will not be returning to this burger king.
