Food is really really good. But beware- check your to go order before you leave. The last two times I’ve gotten takeout multiple things are missing. Last night dude left out, and I’m not kidding, both side items, my extra toast, my extra brisket, and the BBQ SAUCE!! -arguably the most important part. Thankfully I learned my lesson last time and checked my order before I left the restaurant. I think without the woman that was also working everything would have imploded, she had to do all of the things and also fix all of the mistakes made by dude and whatever he was on. She fixed it, and as usual, food was great.

5 star rating due to always friendly staff, always welcoming and polite to us. Never once had an issue. Has great priced BBQ, and loaded spuds & sides. Food is tasteful, seasoned well and moist, sides always yummy, our favorite is the loaded baked potato salad.
They offer military discount and they always thank you for your service. Definitely a excellent place to dine that is affordable for you and the family.

We just dropped in traveling home hoping to enjoy good bbq. Is the meat supposed to be cold? That was gross. Service was weird. They were all distracted and didnt seem to want to even be there. They all had friends and spouses waiting or visiting in lobby . Ordered my tacos without cheese and they all were covered in cheese. A bit overpriced for not quality food.

Placed online order of 220 dollars worth of food. When we got there some of the items weren’t available. They wouldn’t substitute anything and insisted they had to cancel sale and I would be reimbursed the 220 but had to pay the 180 for what they did have. The women working there were rude used foul language one of them claimed to be the sister of the owner so it wasn’t just a random employee.They did not cancel sale kept the whole amount. I don’t know whether it’s incompetence or thieves working there but either way it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant

I give 1star because I didn’t have a lower option. Lunch here today, 4oz chicken, 4oz green beans, bottle of water for $13.04. Notice the $3 water that is $1 next door.. Shame on you Billy Sims BBQ!! Overly salted overpriced food. Treat your employees better!! This particular meal was nothing to brag about. It was chicken breast, nothing special.

the food is alright, i had a problem with my order, they barely added any meat to my loaded spud , its all all mostly potato and sauce. And on top of that they have a roach problem… i saw a few of them out in the day time. Wasnt even night and they were out and about. Grossed me out

We were on a roadtrip and had never had Billy Sims BBQ, and thought we’d give it a try. The guys working were astounding- being very helpful at our ignorance of the menu, which was much appreciated in the middle of our 26 hour journey. My dad and I had brisket sandwiches and fries, kids opted for baked potatoes brisket and chili- alllll of it was absolutely delicious! 10/10 would recommend!

The counter staff was awesome but Tanecia the manager didn’t have any sliced brisket warmed up and ready and was pretty rude when asked about it. In fact her staff through her under the bus when she left and went to the Dollar Tree after our conversation.
