Have always had good customer service here, food is always good and made FAST!
Today they messed up on me and my wife’s order, understandable because it is a couple days before Christmas so they were pretty slammed. I told the cashier in the front, the manager then came out and apologized and fixed the issue.

They took my order and I was happy that the portions were good but as I’m ordering he gave me the worse portion ever and proceeded to offer a better portion to another costumer this is atrocious how I’m being discriminated against hired a better team chipotle this is absolutely absurd how this worker is targeting people and giving better and full portions and having me have the worse of it all this crap looks depressing

Incredibly irritated that I was charged $13 for a tortilla with rice, beans and hot sauce. Something that would normally cost $5.00 at any other chipotle. The hot sauce makes it a $13 burrito.

The service was terrible. The food was not great. I asked for a bowl with my meat on the side. They forgot to give me my meat. When I asked for it right after paying, they were rude and told me they only charged me for a veggie bowl. But I was clear when I asked for my meat on the side. They wouldn’t give me my meat without me paying extra. Unbelievable horrible service. The girl with the fake eyelashes kept on rolling her eyes. I also asked for a side of chips and she didn’t give them to me. I had to ask for them as well.

Food is good, nothing to say, BUT. I feel like the United States is one of the countries that most values the customer service. This was not true in this case, where the waiters were not nice and kind. We are foreigners, we had no clue on how chipotle works, and the boy who served us our burrito seemed annoyed by it and did nothing to make us feel comfortable or explain things. Would like to see him in a foreign country where he doesn’t know the language and people were rude to him.

I’ve ordered online for pick up twice at this location and both times I’ve had well below a full bowl. This most recent time I easily had less than half a scoop of chicken and upon asking for more, the employee said that I should’ve ordered double instead. They still gave me more, but go anywhere else and save yourself the irritation.

This Chipotle consistently and by that I mean every day serves overcooked and burned food.
The steak is ALWAYS overcooked and dry devoid of any tenderness and flavor, the chicken is usually burned, the grilled veggies ALWAYS look like they’ve been boiled and the barbacoa is so dry, it looks like a giant hair ball.
It is so bad, I haven’t been able to buy anything here in months and thus the reason why I don’t even have a photo.
As if this wasn’t enough the staff is RUDE despite the fact that they’re making more money now at our expense.
That’s right, prices went up to pay them more and instead of being grateful they act like the ingredients are coming out of their pockets.
We are getting screwed because not only are they serving garbage, they’re not even serving enough of it!
The portions are miserable, despite the fact that their prices keep getting higher, especially at this location, which is more expensive than others.
Most of their client base at this location obviously doesn’t care how their food is prepared and will gladly eat leftovers from the day before and this is the only reason why they’re still open.
I on the other hand wouldn’t feed this to my dog.
