Every visit we’re immediately noticed and welcomed. The employees are sincere and friendly. The pizzas are consistently and evenly built with fresh tasting ingredient, and don’t cook up to be super greasy. They’re wrapped in a way that nothing ever leaks or comes apart on the drive home, which is super handy when you don’t have someone with you to hold on to them! Highly recommended for a delicious pizza night!

It has been quite some time since we have visited Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake Pizza. I ordered online for pickup at the location in New Braunfels.
The staff were very friendly and the pizza was ready at the scheduled time. We took it home and baked it an it came out perfect. The taste was just as good as any other chain pizza restaurant.

This was my first time at a Papa Murphy’s so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I love that we get to take the pizzas home and bake them whenever we’re ready to eat it so it’s as fresh as possible. They have amazing valentine specials going on right now and the hospitality and service was perfection. Will definitely be back!

Went to Papa Murphy’s today around 1pm. – 2pm had ordered a large Papa’s Favorite.

NO MEAT! NOT MUCH TO SPEAK OF.
We’ve been coming here for years and this is a first DISAPOINTMENT.
We dealt with Hank on duty. Think he made the pizza. He was polite on the phone. Said it would be ready in 30 min. We got there in about 30 min, but pizza wasn’t finished. When I arrived he got the unfinished pizza to finish putting the ingredients on it.
Got it home, cooked it. No meat to speak of. It’s questionable if we will order from here again. Hope the Manager makes this right for us.
All it takes is one time to be disappointed to never come back.

We went to the new Braunfels Pappa Murphy’s on Halloween afternoon. They were extremely busy but fully staffed for it and did an outstanding job! Excellent pizza that is fresh, and we can bake it right when we’re ready to eat it so it is hot and fresh! Also a great and friendly team at Pappa Murphy’s! 1-16-26 Update – The team at the new Braunfels Pappa Murphy’s consistently that’s a great job of delivering great Pizza! 2-8-26 Update. Another great experience even on Super Bowl Sunday!

As a take out pizza shop I can’t really rate the food since you bake it yourself but the service was pretty good. The cashier was nice and knew exactly what we were asking for even though we didn’t lol. I like the baking instructions they place on all their pizzas and that they even provide a heat-safe plate for your to use in your oven. The pizza came out tasting good, but there may be variables from oven to oven.

Take and go pizza to cook yourself. I love this place because they’ll make it the way you want and you can take and bake when ready. Every pizza comes with cooking directions. They have other options as well like salads, sodas, and desserts. Very curtious employees and quick to make my order.
