The market is neat, and carry even more ice cream flavors than behind the counter. They have great tasting milk, and have it on sale regularly 2 for $6. I’ve been buying my milk here for the last 3 months.

I think the best thing to say is wait. The staff is not trained, they are in no hurry, and need practice. I ordered the Banana Fudge Sunday because the picture looked great. Well, they failed on the fudge. It was a drizzle at best. As far as the service, the staff was more interested in talking to each other. There was a large number of employees behind the counter. Many aimlessly walking back and forth. There was a time when two of them were looking at the ice cream to determine which would be best for them. Eventually, I was able to get an acknowledgement and make my order. Same thing happened to those behind me. They had to ask to be helped. Come on manager – teach the staff to at least acknowledge and say they will be with us if they are engaged (even though it didn’t appear so). Also, with so many staff – send someone to clean the tables. It was busy in the dining room and the available tables were dirty. Need to manage that as well.

Seeing all of these negative reviews really has me questioning how idiotic some people can be. I’ve had a pleasant experience every time I’ve gone. The employees, whether they’re teenagers or adults, are always polite, friendly, and clearly well trained in both customer service and food handling. They know how to make the ice cream and burgers exactly how they’re supposed to be, and everything is always fresh and consistent, so you get exactly what you expect. The staff work efficiently, stay respectful to customers, and keep things running smoothly even when it’s busy. It’s always been a good experience all around, and it’s obvious that the workers put in real effort to do their jobs well. A lot of the negative reviews seem to come from people complaining about random things or from people who clearly don’t understand how a Braum’s operates.

This is by far the best burger place I have ever been to! Just went there today for lunch, it was my first time ever eating at a Braums! And let me tell you, the burger I got tasted so fresh! By far the best burger I’ve ever got at a restaurant, it tasted homemade! The place itself was pretty clean!! And the ice cream is just amazing! I definitely plan on coming back here again!

My husband and I have taken our kids quite a few times in the last few months. The staff has always been friendly. The food has always been yummy. The ice cream is really yummy, and we’re always given generous portions. Keep up the good work! Thanks!

I ate here with a friend about a week ago and as it is with most Braum’s the food was good but not great. We ordered bacon cheeseburgers and the bacon was practically burned to a crisp so that was a bit annoying.

I went on the third day. I was very disappointed. I expected a fresh burger hot burger off the grill, with melted cheese. I received a premade burger that was cold, the cheese was not melted on the burger, and the fries were cold. I have been anticipating Braum’s coming for years, yet, when I got my meal home, I thru it away.

If I can give 0 stars,I would. I went inside to get a gift card ,the young lady acted like she didn’t want to assist me, she was telling me that, I need to add the money on to the card ,and in my head I’m thinking yea , I asked her can you add it? She’s like yes,I told her I wanted 25 on the card, I’m like which card,when she could’ve said pay with your debit card, I’m thinking you swipe then gift card then pay. But she was not friendly its like this generation is scared to show some kindness. I will take my business to the Braums on Eastman Road.
