This is one of the best food trucks I’ve ever been to and will forever be one of my go-to’s. The people that work here are genuinely so amazing and kind. Truly such quality individuals worth supporting. I have yet to try something from this food truck that I haven’t absolutely loved. Anytime I have friends from out of town staying with me I take them here and there’s never been a single bad review. I even have celiac disease so finding places to eat out is very difficult for me but they’re always very accommodating and mindful to make sure that I don’t get cross contaminated. I have had legitimate dreams about eating the food here it’s that good.

I cone here weekly for my baleada fix as the owner is simply put “la reina de la baleada”. The texture of tortilla, the fresh ingredients are superior above all others in the area imo. Food is consistently great and affordable with friendly service.
