I came in on my lunch break i work 5 ten hour shifts. kid had his phone in his face at the cooking station to the point he didnt even know i was there.The other employee was in the office with his phone In his face, I stood there and got no help from anyone so i left. I think it would be very beneficial to have a no cellphone policy with your employees. Because this is at least the seventh time this has happened and im usually pretty patient but enough is enough. If I ignored my customers I’d be looking for a new job. I will not be back.

So now the fish and chips don’t come with any sauce anymore?? Used to be 2 free. And the fish over cooked and no lemon slice for the fish either. No wonder i don’t go to this location.

This establishment does not have gluten free buns so they put my burger on a bed of shredded lettuce with a side of their sauce. The burger was good even with out the patty, but their fries were pretty average. The portion of the fries was a lot!

I run a business and of course some days my 6 year old goes for a ride along. Well we like zips from time to time. Upon arriving and sitting down inside for lunch there were 4 younger kids working cussing and yelling. Over and over swearing. Think corporate needs to fire these individuals due to the lack of responsibility and respect. Not to mention the place was a dump and so so dirty.

It’s a decent meal, it’s okay to have. The fries were cooked well and so was the burger and chicken.
This is a local restaurant with a few locations but I was a passerby.
I may have had better but it’s not bad or the worst I’ve ever had.

I’ve been to 5x Zips in Spokane and Cd’A, this one is by far the best in terms of chicken strips. They’re the only one I’ve been to that puts on seasoning salt on the whole basket, the chicken/fries are ALWAYS crispy and they don’t charge for extra dips. Speaking of dip, this location also has the best tartar sauce, hands down.

Went through the drive thru and the gal was very nice. Even gave our dogs a bit of bacon. Positive attitude and patient when we were slow to order.
Food was great, as always. Got the new Maui burger and it was good. Crinkle cut fries aren’t my favorite but the fry sauce is so good it doesn’t matter.
