Service and Atmosphere are fine and quick but its not fancy, just a retail/pickup store. Never had a rude person at the register or in any interaction. It you mention an allergy they will make sure your food is safe and I really appreciate that. I’ve got a pork allergy and there’s a lot of pork in a pizza kitchen.
As for food, holy moly, I’ve previously never been a big fan of detroit style but someone must’ve taught me that prejudice because once I ate it for myself I was convinced it was a good idea. It’s thick and its tastier than a pan crust. Jet’s does crust flavoring which does a good job of making the outside edge just as delicious as the inside. Pro tip: the BBQ Chicken pizza is the best. I’ve never been a BBQ pizza fan but this pizza turned me. It’s delicioso!

Ordered a deep dish pizza and breadsticks for delivery. The food arrived cold, breadsticks literally tasted like they’ve been out all day. I paid for extra cheese on the pizza and it was below average.

Be sure to watch your bill closely. I selected no tip on the ordering page. I was giving the driver a tip in person. When I got my receipt on line. I was charges a $11.33 tip. I assure you that I will never order from you again. Yes your food very good.

Do NOT order online from these scammers. They insisted on sending us a “text” for both my debit card and my wife’s credit card in order to “authenticate” them (this is not a thing any legitiamte restaurant has ever had to do), but then refused to even let is us type the code. Later we found out from our bank they never even attempted a purchase and it wasn’t our bank requiring this. Our bank said its a common phishing scam to steal your personal info without having to give you anything.

Jets is by far one of the best pizza places I’ve had. Great pizza, fast and friendly service, and never has any issues. My only complaint is the price. $26 or so for an 8 corner pizza is pretty steep but it is definitely worth it.

11/21/2025 Wrong pizza made, no wings that we ordered. Employees throwing equipment behind the glass wall. Really instills confidence in my food preparation. This place needs help ASAP HELP MANAGEMENT! several others with order issues while I waited an additional 1/2 hour. Food these days is way to expensive for this type of experience, likely won’t be back.
