By the end of the day, there aren’t that many options left. Food was okay. Only reason why I would go back is if I was starving. Free chips are nice though.

I ate here the day before the business shut down indefinitely for renovations, so perhaps my experience was atypical, but the food was very, very disappointing. It was really bland. I ordered a basic grilled chicken burrito with rice, beans, cilantro, sour cream, and cheese, but it felt a lot like I was eating some sort of unflavored protein loaf. I also had chips with queso, and the queso too had very little flavor, tasting more like emulsified oil than cheese (never mind seasoning or onion or peppers or any other flavorful ingredient).

I had no complaints about the service.

The space was somewhat cluttered and had unruly children wandering around. The salsa bar was understocked.

It’s a nice convenient location with a few quite healthy options and several moderately healthy options, so I’ll give them another try after renovations, but… not until the memory of this weirdly bland meal wears off a bit.

Moe’s has always been a nice treat for myself every now and then. I was unaware that this franchise location was owned by RPI (as i was told by one of the staff) which is neither here nor there other than it was packed when I got there. Classes must have just let out because there were students all over the area. Curbside parking was easy to find. Even with the line out the door, the restaurant was well staffed and friendly. The reason for the 4 star is because the portions for the salad bowls were a little smaller than usual. Other than that, everything was very good as usual.

“Never a line”, I read in other reviews, and now I know why. Just passing through town. I’ve been to other Moe’s and had a much better experience. Got a burrito and the food was very bland. They need to get someone with some cooking skills. Also, I could not believe how stingy they were with the quantity of meat in the burrito, and other fillings as well. It was quite cold as served. They have a tortilla warmer but only used it for 2 seconds before pulling it off the warmer. Would never go there again.

The staff was nice, but the food was crusted and burned to all of the trays that clearly just came out of the microwave. The corn salsa was brown, legit the corn was brown. The onions and peppers were brown and crusted. She started making me a salad, which had very little lettuce, and when I started looking at the rest of the food I politely told them I was no longer interested and walked out. They seemed offended. But again we’re not no rude by any means. I used to go to this MOEs but it’s been about a year. it’s very clear that it’s gone downhill. I don’t recommend

It’s a Mexican style make your own burrito/taco etc. You tell the employees what you’d like and they make in front of you, similar to subway. The food is very good.

The only issue was one of the workers seemed annoyed at my friend and I when we were there. She didn’t rush us per se but it felt rushed. The other woman with dyed hair was wonderful and more patient explaining everything to me.

I got a quesadilla and it was very good. My friend got a stack (which is like a wrap) and I tried a bite. That too was very good. They have tables outside so you can eat there, which is perfect for the summer.

This was my second attempt at trying this Moe’s location. Again, another bad taste..
No “welcome to Moe’s” upon entering by any of the 3 people behind the counter.
The employees are miserable.
We ordered the bowls and was told that they stopped making the shells almost a year ago. One female made a statement over in the corner ” just take it and eat it”
The servings are sooo much smaller then other locations. It didn’t even fill the bowl with the portion size.
We went on a Monday so it was the Moe Monday special of a salad/ burrito and a drink for 7.99..
When we cashed out we weren’t even told about the special..we saw the small sign hanging on the glass and had to ask about it at the register as our drinks weren’t even offered to us.
Not a good place to eat.. Staff is not friendly, small portions, and not good customer service..
Oh and ask for your utensils cause none were in the bag since ya know we eat salads with our hands now!

This is a Moe’s, what you see is what you get. It has all the standard Moe’s fare, with the added bonus of allowing RPI students to pay using campus meal plans. Large portion sizes and quality ingredients for the price point. This particular location has limited seating, around 6-8 tables with additional outdoor seating in summer. Employees are quick and amicable.

They often serve uncooked rice. Also, there is a very rude red-haired lady at the counter. She didn’t let one of my friends use the restroom saying they had to order first. All of us got food from Moe’s except one and she still threw us out. The business of this branch relies on RPI students and they still behave in this manner with regular RPI customers.
