Let me begin by giving a five star customer service rating to staff member Cinthya.
I was at this establishment, with a group of four, for my very first time since I’ve moved to El Paso, Texas.
We ordered two pizzas, wings, bread sticks, and drinks.
One of the pizza orders came out wrong and I went to the counter where I picked up our order.
The guy behind the counter was giving me a hard time when I was trying to explain to him what was wrong.
There was a language barrier and he wasn’t understanding. I felt like he was beginning to get frustrated with me.
Cinthya was standing nearby and heard what was going on. She better explained to him the situation and told me she’d take care of it.
Each time she brought parts of our order to our table, she provided excellent customer service with a smile.
She went above and beyond for us and we were greatly appreciative.

Food was good and tasty. Everyone had fun in gaming room. Only negative was kids using the dining area as a playground running everywhere and throwing balls all over. Our table had two drinks hit by balls. Parents did not care what kids were doing and staff was hesitant to ask them to get kids under control.

I visited Peter Piper Pizza with my family for lunch on a weekday. The restaurant was clean and spacious, with a game room that had a variety of games for different ages. The service was decent, but not very attentive or friendly. We had to wait a long time for our order to be ready. The pizza was okay, but nothing to write home about. The crust was thin and crispy, but the cheese and toppings were bland and greasy. The salad bar was fresh and well-stocked. The drinks were refillable, but the ice machine was out of order. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food and games, but I expected more quality and flavor. Overall, Peter Piper Pizza was an average experience for us. We had some fun, but we were not impressed by the food or the service. I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars rating.

Wings were not good . They were bland and the skin did not crisp up just turned rubbery so they changed suppliers again. They should let the customers know they’re not their usual wings before paying $28 expecting their usual wings. They are quick to announce their wings are back but not quick to inform the customer when its a different supplier.

HUGE compliment to the staff working 10.25.2024 at 4pm. Placed a to-go order on the app. Asked for a simple detail for my son as he has a tournament today. They went beyond what I asked. Thank y’all so much! Of course, pizza was delicious too!

Customer service was great ! The young man that attended me was very nice and helpful. My pizza was to my liking and was a very delicious, presentable pizza ! Definitely gonna order pizza from here more. The whole team in the store was and the atmosphere was amazing !
