I had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Nikita. She was friendly, polite, and very professional from the moment we arrived.Nikita took our order carefully, answered our questions with confidence, and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our visit. Her positive attitude really stood out and added to the overall experience. The food presentation was neat and appealing—the pizzas were well-prepared, evenly topped, and served hot. The dining area was clean and organized, which reflected well on the staff. Overall, Nikita’s outstanding customer service combined with the good presentation made the visit enjoyable, and she is a great asset to the Pizza Hut team.

Absolutely horrid experience.
Ordered food on Sunday, mid day. Supposed to be delivered through DoorDash. My food was not delivered, so I called DoorDash for a re-order. I was told by DD that the restaurant would NOT remake my food and to call for a refund. That was Sunday, February 15th. I have called every day since then, and have spoken with Heavenly, who I assure you, is anything but. Nobody seems to know how to issue me a refund for days, and the today (Feb 19th) when I called, I was placed on a 45 minute hold when I asked to speak to a manager. When I called using a friends phone, they immediately put me on hold once they knew it was me. Then I was told that there is nothing that can be done. Even an in store credit, which at this point, they can keep.
I realize that the world is crazy, and there are more importantly things that $35. But the customer service is abhorrent, and I’ve been told I need to wait until Monday, Feb 23rd to speak to a manager.
I have spent my entire career in customer service. What a ridiculous way to spend time trying to get money back. Kudos to the one man who tried to help me today, but was a relief worker from another store trying to keep the place together.

Not only did everything arrive 40 mins late (kids fell asleep before it got here) but it was cold and literally no seasoning on the breadsticks, no pesto drizzle on the pizza that claims to come with pesto, and everything is rock hard and cold. Very disappointed as Pizza Hut was out favorite growing up. 0/10 on this locations food quality. Delivery driver was polite but that is the only positive from this horrible order experience.

Pizza was ok, but the cinnamon rolls were terrible, overcooked, shrunken, dry, with frosting melted on bottom not on rolls. Not edible. Took pic for evidence and time stamp. When returned item, the night manager angrily blammed the quality of food on time I returned it after dinner instead of right away. When showed evidence, the manager changed and said nothing was wrong with the food. Still speaking to me in a very rude fashion, the manager gave me a very small refund and slammed the food in the garbage at the front counter. The employee or the manager refused to give me the manager’s name for a complaint. Very poor service!

I placed a delivery order not knowing they use door dash and I never received my order after it stated it was delivered. The door dash driver said he doesn’t speak english and kept saying my food will be delivered. Called door dash and Pizza Hut and been on hold for a very long time. This was the last of my money to spend to Feed me and my child and I’m haven’t gotten any food or refund or any type of response. I’m pissed!!! I never use door dash or any service like them and I also will never order from this pizza hut ever again.

Food is always undercooked. You’ll be lucky to get any pizza that isn’t soggy and falling apart because the crust is so undercooked. The breadsticks are a miracle if you can get them how they should be, most of the time they’re undercooked and it makes them flat and taste like stale pizza crust. Try to eat here and it’s just a disappointing low quality for high cost. The delivery only has one amazing driver, but when he’s not working, it seems like it takes 2 hours or more.

Ordered the Ultimate Bundle for Delivery. Order was placed at 6:34pm, estimated delivery time of 7:04. I got a notification at 7:18 that it was going to be delivered by Doordash. Order was picked up at 7:31 and I finally got it at 7:56. That’s 1 hour and 22 minutes. That’s unacceptable, especially when you have the stones to charge $5.50 for a delivery fee when you didn’t even do that.
Food was received as one would expect waiting that long, luke warm. Thankfully i have an air fryer to reheat the pizza and sides back to a proper serving temperature. Also, none of the sauces ordered came with the order.
If you are too busy to deliver, simply call and say we are backed up and it’s going to be longer than we quoted you. I would understand and come pick it up myself.
If you went to a restaurant and didn’t get your entrees for 1:22 with no communication, how would you feel? Would you want to do business there again? I severely doubt it.

if I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would this place is the worst pizza place I have ever experienced. We ordered a pizza 24 hours in advance and at 3 PM they failed to even answer the door for our pick up. This is not the first time this place has screwed us over. Do not go here!!!
