I eat at this location often for pick up lunch, I usually never have any issues! Everyone is nice, but some are better than others at making the pitas when it comes to neatness. I attached a photo from when I got take out today- it was hard to eat because there was sauce everywhere. Sometimes I get pitas like this and other times i get nice and neat ones.

I love cava but this location is hands down the best CAVA location I’ve visited. The service is always amazing, the avocados are always prefect I don’t know how they choose just the perfect avocado but it never misses and the bowls always have the right amount of protein. They never skimp. The staff is always helpful and very nice. 10/10 recommend.

One of my favorite Mediterranean restaurants!! I love the fresh ingredients and fantastic service. I highly recommend the steak, lamb meatballs and/or chicken. The spicy harissa is perfect!! I think this place has the best drink selection!! All the employees are very kind and helpful! Don’t slip the pita chips!!!

**Update 11/23/24 – AC IS BACK ON ARCTIC TEMP BLAST! If i didnt know better, I’d say this is done on purpose to keep the lobby area vacant.
**Update 11/6/24 – AC has been adjusted. Food is consistently fresh and delicious. Service is friendly. I syop by twice a week for healthy food.**
Fresh and very flavorful food! Friendly service and a variety of amazing drinks to choose from. The sauces were SO good too❣️. Overall excellent quality food. We will def come back again. Only gripe was how cold the AC was in the place, we were freezing after a few mins.

This is the worst service I’ve experienced since the store opened. I used to love this location, but it seems the quality has dropped significantly. I ordered a family dinner with four bowls, and only one was made correctly. The others had the wrong lids, and the grains bowl was filled with salad. I could go on, but suffice it to say, it was a mess. I had to stop and get two additional orders from Qdoba just to ensure my kids would have something to eat. I can’t believe they messed up two bowls that only had five ingredients each. I’m extremely dissatisfied and confused about what went wrong, especially since no one else was placing an order at the time. It really threw me off. I’m not sure if this will become the new normal, but I’ll update if things improve on my next visit. I go out of my way to avoid poor-performing businesses, especially when paying decent money. It’s especially frustrating given that they’ve already lost 15% of their volume in the past year, yet prices remain the same for less food. Very disappointing.

I stopped in on 12/4/25 and was serviced by Omarion. He provided excellent customer service and was very apologetic when he made a mistake on my order. The mistake was not a problem for me because I understand that mistakes happen and he was so pleasant the entire time. Another team member by the name of Dennis was nearby and offered assistance and offered to remake my bowl but I insisted that they not do that and everything turned out to be just fine. I left satisfied and was introduced to a new dressing that I didn’t know I’d like. Thanks for your great service, Omarion & Dennis!
