This Pizza brought me back to life!
So I am new to the area and traveling around and went on a hike. After the hike I was starving and in need of calories and this is when I found this place!
On first walking in it at around 3pm we found a really friendly front person and ordered with them. I ordered an 18” Combo, and slices of a pepperoni, and sat down to wait.
The single slice came out really fast and really hot! It was hot and crispy, and with some pepper flakes it took it to above and beyond. Then, after 20min, came out the combo on an aluminum plater and my heart soared seeing such a glorious sight. Veggies were fresh and the pizza was still really hot!! Afterwards we just sat and ate in the dining area it was a great time!
Some other things to note is that the bathrooms were kept clean, everything was stocked, it was calm and quiet while in there. The only issue was the chairs were not comfortable, but we lived through it.

The Juice
Good pizza. Suace, cheese and pepperoni were good. I got a 14inch pepperoni and double cheese. They didnt seem to skimp on the cheese. Cousins had slices and salad. No complaints. Had a nearly an hour wait. So if you a traveling like we were and not familiar be aware of that. I wasn’t expecting a big wait since it’s not a big town.

The best pizza in Central Oregon and they have so many convenient locations as well. We love the giant New York style pepperoni for our family. The staff is polite and friendly, and make ordering a breeze online or over the phone! Thanks Cibellis for consistent deliciousness!

Don’t waste your money here. Service was ATROCIOUS. Absolutely the worst. In fact I never leave reviews but felt compelled to say hire people who actually want to work. If I could leave a zero star review I would but my kids say the one star is for the fountain drinks. And to top it off the pizza looks like something a child threw together.

Just moved to the area and Cibellis is super close to our house. We had a coupon and decided to give them a try. Pizza was perfectly cooked. The crust was crispy on the bottom and the toppings were piping hot but not overcooked. We had the combo pizza which is basically an “everything plus the kitchen sink” kind of pizza. We will definitely return to Cibellis to grab pizza for our next family easy dinner night.

Tonight I got Cibellis for the first time in a long time and it gone way down hill
My server was rude, my salad is so small I had to go buy lettuce at the store 11.95 plus another 5 and then 18.95 for a burnt cheese pizza. How is it possible to mess this up.
No more, 30 dollars plus 5 for lettuce plus 5 for a top
I can do better at home cibellis
All I wanted was rest after my medical procedure

Purchases a giant size combination pizza from the southside location. Very first piece of pizza took a bite. There was a 2-3 inch hair in it.
Took the pizza to the northeast location because that’s where I live (picked up pizza at south-side on my way home from work). Brought in the whole pizza, minus the one piece that had the hair on it. I was told I had to drive the pizza all the way back to the southside to return it. Took a half an hour out of my day off to drive a pizza across town to just get a refund and hand them the pizza back.
The time and money to drive all the way to the southside and back instead of the northeast side just dealing with it was ridiculous. A $40 pizza ended up costing me time and money and handed them the pizza back. So I LOST MONEY!!!!!
Next time you order a pizza there look at their dress code. No one has any kind of hair.nets. The girls have their hair back but some of the guys just have longer hair. The hair in my pizza was about 2in long. I’m blonde with long hair.
Hairs in food happen in food service but for them to make me looses time and money to hand them back the pizza was ridiculous. Both managers said they no control over it?! So buyer beware! We’ve purchased pizzas for years with them and will NEVER go back!

I planned on ordering pizza for 5:00pm dinner. When I went on the website at 4:00 pm, the time was 30 min for pickup. I decided to wait until 4:30. After I ordered and paid at 4:30 the pickup time changed to 6:00 pm. That was too late for me, I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do to have the $100 in pizza ready sooner, so I told them I would need to cancel. They said I would have to cancel online. I went online and could not cancel. I called back and was told nothing could be done. I was told a manager would call me, have not heard from anyone yet. I guess online orders can be tricky. It may be less hassle to call and place an order, rather than online . Dennis L PS . I did hear back from the manager and my card was refunded the amount charged. I appreciate that, but I am bummed I was not able to enjoy the best pizza ever with friends on Friday night.

As far as pizza goes in Bend, this is one of the top 3. In addition to full pizzas, they have slices available and also a nice selection of salads. The consistency of the food is not 100% perfect but much better than average. A favorite is the “meat lover” with pepperoni, sausage and bacon. The crust is strictly New York style so don’t expect anything else but they do it well. You can eat at the restaurant and one of my pictures shows visually the size of the pizzas. The giant pizza is big so have them double cut it, especially if you have kids.
