I read the reviews five star so I order first time; goat biryani.
but did not go well as expected by positive reviews
– just got full plate of rice no goat in it
– took me a couple of hours to find the goat inside the rice, but I think guy who made this biryani. Keep the goat for him self.

Great food, friendly service – perfect stop during travel
Tried the Chicken Biryani Roti, Butter Chicken, and Bhindi Fry — everything was very tasty and freshly prepared. The flavors were spot on, and the bhindi fry was especially well done (crispy and not oily).
Service was friendly and quick, which made the experience even better. It’s a great place to grab good food while traveling, and I even packed some items to go.
Only small drawback is the location — it’s at the corner of a gas station, so it can be a little difficult to notice at first. But once you find it, it’s totally worth stopping by.
I’ll definitely visit again!

It was a cold winter night, 44 degrees outside and I was on a long road trip. This place was perfect. The chicken biryani was heartwarming with the perfect amount of heat. The pakoras were crispy and delicious. Better than all the Indian restaurants in my home city.

Utterly delicious food! Chhole bhature were tasty and had unique taste. Mix veg paratha was great. Most favorite were the samosas! Never have had such fresh and flavorful samosas in California! The sides include pickles, onions, yogurt and homemade butter.
It’s a small food truck and few outdoor tables. Service was fairly quick and very reasonably priced. Location is convenient from I-5 S. Highly recommended!!

This Punjabi food truck is totally mind-blowing. I was returning from Los Angeles and 20 miles from bakersfield on to the CA46, we found this food truck. The food is the real game here, the flavours reminded me of the cult Punjabi dhaba food during my college days whenever we did Delhi- Shimla trip. We had Shahi Paneer, Rice and Roti. Each of them were tasty and done really well. Roti especially was having the real Punjabi touch with Ghee! Next to the food truck there is an RV park so you have places to sit and eat. We wish them all the best!

A total gem – there are three Indian food trucks in one block, and this is the one! Put it this way: Truckers were pulling in to pick up ordered meals the whole time we were there, and weekend travelers were doing the same and putting the bags in coolers to take home. Do not miss the naan, it isn’t on the menu but it’s the best we’ve ever had (which is saying something), eat it fresh – would be a crime to let it get stale! Chai is on point. Biryani has a real after kick of spice that is exactly right; not going to clobber you but will clear your head. Finished off our trip on a high point stumbling across this handmade excellence! (It’s in the KOA parking lot.)

On our road trip to San Diego, we stopped here for lunch and don’t regret it. Gave us a real feeling of eating on a roadside Dhaba in India.
The place was clean, food was delicious and service given with smiling faces quick and easy.
We ordered Mix Veg. Paratha which was super tasty served with a dollop of white butter, pickle & (sour) yogurt.
The Salted Lassi was more like a Chaas (Buttermilk) but flavorful.
The one star that’s missing is from the Vegetable Biryani, though made perfect to our liking but could have had a decent serving of vegetables compared to the quantity of rice.
But otherwise highly recommend this place. Someday would return to try some other vegetarian options that they offer.
As we were starving missed taking a pic of the giant sized yummy parathas.

I was so hungry and been up since 3am on the road driving to San Diego. I had Google best food near me and this place popped up as #1 on the list. I have to say awesome authentic taste. Yummy delicious! We had ordered the cha, veg Biryani, mix parantha, butter chicken, goat biryani (moist, very flavorful and the spice was perfect). My husband says this was the best goat he has tasted. It was not gamey, not dry, not salty just perfectly well cooked). The rice was nice and fluffy (so full of flavors). You can just enjoy the rice by itself. The meal comes with two sides that pairs well with it. The parantha was extra large! Wow! This satisfies my foodie craving. The finishing touch was enjoying my hot cha tea. I am energized and ready to hit the road again. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing meal. It was well worth the stop. We will be back again for sure.

The food here is delicious! Very authentic and flavorful. We had Chicken Biryani and tikka masala, samosa and mango lassi. All fabulous. Freshly made with good ingredients. A real change from fast food road trip food. Highly recommend!
Their eating space is outdoors. Lovely in the evening.
