Zero stars. It took forever to make and wasnt ready when we got there but also the quality was so bad my kids said it looked like “school party pizza”. They couldnt even be bothered to cut the pizza ‍♀️

We placed an order for five items at 4:45 PM with a stated delivery window of 15–35 minutes. The order did not arrive until nearly an hour later, and upon delivery, one pizza was missing.
I immediately contacted the store at 5:45 PM to report the missing item. I was told the issue would be corrected and that the pizza would be delivered within 20–30 minutes. Unfortunately, that commitment was not honored.
After waiting 45 minutes, I called again at approximately 6:30 PM and was told the pizza had already left and would arrive shortly. When it still had not arrived by 7:00 PM, I called once more and was informed that the store was short on delivery drivers and that the pizza would be sent out “soon.” The missing pizza finally arrived at 7:10 PM—over two and a half hours after the original order was placed.
Mistakes happen, but what is unacceptable is the lack of urgency, transparency, and follow-through when correcting them. At no point did the situation appear to be treated as a priority, despite repeated assurances. This experience reflects poorly on customer service standards and accountability.
Based on this experience, I am not satisfied with how the issue was handled and would hesitate to order again.

I usually order from here and have no issues.

This is the second time this has happened, except this time my order has still not arrived…1 hour later AFTER it stated it was delivered. I triple checked the order address to make sure it wasn’t me, but it was correct.

I called 2x, the first time I was hung up on and 2nd time as im typing this have been waiting to speak with someone for the last 51 minutes to see whats really happening and ask for a refund due to not receiving anything.

I already pushed the report an issue and it doesnt allow me to request for a refund..

Im highly disappointed and just simply wanted communication.

Edit to add: finally recieved ny order 1hr 15 minutes later after it was marked delivered.

I’ve ordered from them several times and they’ve never missed. Always made correct and quick. Last time I picked up an order there was only one employee working and she had 5 or 6 orders made and ready to go.

So I don’t usually do this and I don’t want to get anyone into trouble I just want to pass on some constructive criticism. My boyfriend and I just ordered a pizza about an hour ago from the evans mills location and the entire pizza is literally DOUGH, not cooked at ALL it’s terrible luckily we have an air fryer. But the point of this is, how long does it take to double check the pizzas internal temp before placing it into the food warmers WHERE all the PIZZAS THAT ARE READY to be picked up are PLACED? Just take that extra two seconds to make sure you are not serving guests uncooked pizza dough and if that is something you want to do maybe lower your price.

This is my second time ordering from this location and the first time everything was great. However the second time there was hair in our pizza. At first I thought it may have been cheese until we pulled out the hair and confirmed it was actually that. I won’t be ordering from here again as now I’m grossed out from it so I’ll be going off post back to Papa John’s.

Only order if Craig the manager is working. As a different review said as well HE cares and he makes sure things are done right.

Received a pizza that was doused in hot sauce (I didn’t order extra), the pizza wasn’t even cut all the way forcing me to tear it apart while dealing with the hot sauce as well until I had enough and just decided to call. The front of the box was crumpled leaving the front of it open on delivery, and the drivers are just god awful man.

Requested a refund and the night shift manager tried fighting me the whole way through mentioning their store’s money while completely disregarding my experience. She also tried sticking up for the driver which I in return let her know that there’s a way to conduct yourself and that laughing and snickering was (I’m sure) not the way they train their employees. I used contactless delivery and gave them permission to leave it at the CQ desk which they ignored and proceeded to use the fact that they called me 4 times while I was in the shower against me even though our CQ knows how to proceed with food left at our desk by asking for credentials. I’ve ordered from this store many times and the time I can’t tip they decide to throw the book at me with policy this policy that? Oh we all of a sudden can’t leave food at the desk? We need our pizza back despite us knowing you’ll be hungry and we won’t refund your money until tomorrow or the day after? No attempt at trying to compromise by giving me in store credit? No free select item off my next order? NOTHING!

They then dispatched a driver to my location to pick up the abysmal pizza that I waited over 20 minutes for while all other places were closed/closing (since they don’t do refunds without getting the pizza and taking it back to the store (despite having photo evidence)), and when he got there he tried giving me one liners like “usually people don’t try and eat the pizza if there’s something wrong with it” and “did you eat a slice of this?” Well hell man sorry for trying to cope with what was given to me which was the SLOP you probably made by attempting to eat it regardless of how it was because maybe it was late, other places were closed and or closing, and I was hungry basically starving? I couldn’t manage it so I just called in and let them know my issue.

I always tip the drivers but I couldn’t tonight because I just didn’t have the money due to both supporting my hobbies for the sake of my own mental health and morale, and stuff back home. They (MAINLY the drivers EVERYWHERE especially present here) don’t get this and see this as a bad night only for them completely neglecting why all of a sudden a frequent tipper doesn’t tip. This whole “give me tips or I’ll become gwumpy” baby like mentality needs to stop in this country. Go find a better job. Blame your employer and or yourself for choosing the job and expected outcomes. Not me. It’s not like I did it on purpose. I absolutely just couldn’t tip.

I recommend the pizza at the DFAC over this store in particular and I absolutely mean it.

One kitten was found with the back legs snapped and bones protruding.

I ordered online pizza for takeout when i went to my place i see they gave me wrong pizza, i immediately call them i said thats not what i ordered then lady said i know i gave you wrong pizza but Don’t worry i give you credit under your phone number and you can come anytime for your pizza. Then i went next day lady said you dont have any credit i am only manager here who can do that stuff and she refused to gimme pizza and waste my time. I will never go this place again.
