I usually don’t eat fast food, but I had a coupon and I was hungry. 2 BK original chicken sandwich and 2 medium fries. It was a bland protein foam. It had some crunchy like stuff on it. No seasoning or flavor. Mayonnaise, and slimy white plant material, on a sesame seed dough slab of disappointment that reminded me of when I was a child in an orphanage looking for anything resembling care or comfort.
Service was great. The employee dude was rad.

I agree with others that feel like this place sucks! I can no longer count how many times I’ve asked for ‘No Ice In My Drink’ and get a drink full of ice! ♀️.
My daughter and I ordered three items off the 3 for $7 menu, but was charged full price because we didn’t announce that that was the gameplan. You work here, why do I have to tell you what’s on the menu. They don’t listen and they give you whatever they feel like. We were charged and given chicken fries that we didn’t order! $31 for my complete order. I’m done! NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

They worst franchise in the area. The elder lady behind the counter ignores you and talks to the employees until she feels like taking care of the customers. Then gets an attitude like she’s in a rush to finish her conversation. Only to not be able to fulfill your order and burn your food when you ask her to be professional. Spend a little more time and go to the Roosevelt location.
