Worst experience ever at Chipotle. They added watery sauce and salsa to my burrito, and when they tried to wrap it, it completely fell apart. Instead of fixing it properly, the employee used another tortilla, broke the burrito, then used a third tortilla to wrap it. The burrito was a total mess and went straight into the garbage.
On top of that, a white lady pretending to be a bossy manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. No apology, no care for the customer experience.
I am never going back, and I strongly suggest to everyone save your money and eat somewhere else. Total waste.

Walked in, Asked for my order, got told it was getting bagged up, Okay cool, Waited 10 minutes, they brought me someone else’s order, I said “no I need my order” Turns out it had been sitting on the shelf in the back the entire time, Ended up being cold. 85% of the staff were standing around chatting not doing anything the whole time I was inside. Not my favorite location.

Warning. If you go here past 7:00 PM you arent getting fresh food. This has happened before at this location and was told it was a mistake but twice now My steak was so old it was actually crunchy and dry. When i went back in to get it corrected this time. I noticed that in the time that I’d taken to go home and come back, they had still not made any new food, And were still serving old food to customers. There was something in a serving container that was so dry you couldn’t even tell what it was anymore. The queso bowl looked disgusting like they were just refilling it the whole day, but that’s probably because it was never changed out when it was supposed to be. I don’t know if this is decisions from the management to stop making food at a certain hour or laziness/lack of manpower, it’s just an utter lack of respect for the customers either way. Someone is going to get sick. If an inspector came in on nightshift thia place would get shut down. Ive never seen a place that worries more about the establishment being clean than over the food lol The employees are nice, but that’s about it. It is well earning the low rates on google. I didn’t even care about them correcting my order and just left when i saw all the dried nasty food they were giving people. What were they gonna do? Just give me more nasty food?

Food was great our server Zach was great on several occasions !. We gave the Ocala location a few try’s but this location on silver springs blows the other one out of the water. The quality is great and superior. The staff is friendly and always gives appropriate servings. I consistently see workers cleaning the eating area / drink area at least once during my dine in during the evenings. Management has it together here !!

(Ordered through the website and the food was ready by the stated time. The young lady at the window was polite and professional and even said “thank you have a nice day” the food was good and exactly as ordered. I hope this doesn’t change because so few places have consistency with correct orders and polite employees.) this was a good review and since then the last 3 orders have been subpar.

We came at 10:25 and ordered two bowls like we always do. This time, however, we were told they didn’t have cheese, guacamole, or chips. I think it’s very early to be out of products when you close at 11. I say this because I work in a restaurant and I understand how things operate. We drove 20 minutes to get our bowls and ended up leaving hungry and disappointed.

The slowest Chipotle in all Ocala. If you want to ordered food, you are better off not doing through any delivery app. My wait time 5:54PM to get my food. Is 6:21PM and I’m still waiting for my order.

My experience: Dirty tables, nasty floors, filthy drink area, items not restocked, cheese on the floors and tables and limited food items. The store manager or district manager needs to be replaced. Apparently I’m hearing this is always the case here. It starts at the top. The manager on duty doesn’t know how to delegate responsibility because there were more than enough employees there to rotate cleaning the store.

Felt the need to post a review because it seems this new store is getting a lot of hate. Just wanted to say that I’m so excited to have a location near my house! Secondly, I’ve been there twice since they opened and both times were a success! The employees were not overly-friendly, but I definitely didn’t feel like they were rude at any point. I’ve seen pictures posted with other reviews that voice their frustrations that they didn’t feel they received enough food in their bowl. However, if you don’t eat vegetables and all you order is beans, chicken, and rice, it makes sense that your bowl is not filled to the brim – not getting the veggies does not mean you are entitled to recieve an obscene amount of extra chicken free of charge. Keep up the good work new Chipotle, you’re killin it!
