My husband had the burger and fries he said it was amazing. I had the country guisada taco. Let me tell you I have ate a lot of tacos in my life. Tacos are my favorite meal. Hands down the best taco I’ve ever had in my life. You need to come by here and try this place out!!!

I had the pleasure of stopping by and showing support to a local diner and boy was I amazed at not only the food but the service and the hospitality was top notch. The service was phenomenal and both waitresses were absolutely delightful! ( Mary & Ellie) The food was prepared fresh and from scratch. I ordered the special which was the hamburger steak with brown gravy with onions, mashed potatoes, green beans and corn and a salad to top it off. Great taste and was served a very generous portion at that. I was able to speak and meet with the entire staff and thanked them for such a delicious meal. The owner Erica and her Mom Diana were so sweet and very endearing. I met chef Eliana and Ms. Letty and they also were very lovely and very kind. I will definitely be returning and will let all my friends and family to come and support this family run business. Tell them I sent you. Great Job Erica and staff, your ladies are doing an amazing job!

I really wanted to support this local business, which is why I gave them another chance after a previous visit where my fries were soggy and pale. This time, I specifically requested crispy fries, but they were again very pale and soggy.
I called to let them know, and was told the cook didn’t see the “crispy” note on the order. I was asked to come back to pick up replacement fries, which was inconvenient since I had already left. I was then told that next time I came in, they would either replace the meals or refund them.
When my husband returned, there was confusion again. They initially tried to give him only fries, even though two meals were affected. After explaining, they only provided one burger and fries, even though both meals had issues.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but the repeated issue with food quality and the difficulty resolving it was disappointing. I hope they can improve their consistency and communication moving forward.

This place is absolutely garbage they have messed up my order on multiple occasions and I try to give local places a chance but the lady cook in the back has an additude, I hope thats not “Mom”. Whoevers mom this is needs to stay out of the kitchen and learn how to cook fries cause the ones I got were cold and soggy like they’ve never even hit the oil. This place is disgusting!!!! Can’t wait til it closes down, hope the next place that pops up is better

Had the sirloin with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese — everything was absolutely delicious! The food came out hot and perfectly cooked. Our waitress was very attentive and kind, making the whole experience even better. Excellent service and great atmosphere. Highly recommend Mom’s Kitchen!
