I only gave service a 3 because delivery driver was super sweet. The last time we ordered the pizza was like dry cardboard. This time I ordered extra sauce and I don’t really think they put ANY at all on it. Pizza Hut use to be so good! It was a treat now it’s worse than McDonald’s at midnight. I will NEVER order pizza hut again

The driver put that my pizza was delivered not even one minute after getting the notification that it was on its way. 20 minutes later, still not here. I call the store and this poor kid was made to deal with this being told things to say by his manager instead of the manager taking over the call and handling it. Stating that the tracking system has issues all the time. Well then the driver calls asking me if I’m at a hotel? I tell her no I am at the address on the order. My apartment. Mind you, I triple checked the address before placing the order due to being new to the area. I told her the address yet again, and she says she’s on her way but may need to call me again for directions… I call the store back and again the same kid is meant to deal with situation.. finally the manager admits that they can not track her because she said the order had been delivered already. Then they don’t offer anything to make it right. Finally the driver calls again asking for more directions. Then upon final arriving, she states that the “Google machine” took her to the wrong address. Let’s be real here, this was all her error from the beginning and she made it a terrible experience. I feel sorry for the young man on the phone who was forced to deal with this at the hands of a lazy manager who couldn’t stop what he was doing for two seconds to help a customer. Do better. Young man deserves a raise for all his efforts. Others well, they need training at the least.

1 pizza and 6 wings 37 dollars !?!? You definitely will not be getting any of my money ever again, you have lost all touch with public! So disappointed, you was my favorite! I am watching another childhood favorite of mine get run into the ground till it disappears. I will say the service over the phone was professional, polite and courteous!!!

Pizzas that should have been ready 10 minutes before I showed up were sitting on the oven. Waited 5 minutes, store was empty of people, was going to leave but someone came out, cut the pizza and was about to give it to me when he said I needed to do something on the pin pad, I had prepaid, he was trying to get a tip. Got the pizza home, its cold and looks like a frozen pizza. Puppy wouldn’t even eat it. Waste of money. There are too many pizza places in Pensacola to deal with this. Never eating pizza hut again.

The directions to my home is shown as 5 minutes and 1.3 miles from the PH location. The delivery, which was picked up amd delivered by DoorDasher, was OVER 30 minutes!! The delivery person did not speak English, so when he called saying he was lost, he couldn’t understand me. The taco pizza that I ordered, the only item to be delivered, was over $30 alone. The pizza was luke warm and soggy. Marco’s pizza is in the SAME complex as PH, and it has NEVER taken this long for a delivery. Those orders are always fresh and hot. I’m adding thos location to the “never order from again” list.

I’m very disappointed in this location! I have ordered pizza from this location for the last five years and the last three times I have ordered my pizza has been late and cold. However, tonight I ordered my pizza at 6:30 with a delivery time of 718 only to call for the phone to ring and ring and ring until finally someone picked up and said my pizza should be here in about 15 minutes. I expressed my concerns because my last two deliveries were late and my pizza was cold and I did not want to eat cold pizza again!! The guy apologized and said he would remake the pizza right away and get it out to me. Meanwhile, my cold pizza showed up, and to be honest the pizza has not been tasting the same and I think the pepperoni they are using is not the pepperoni that Pizza Hut has always used. The pizza has tasted nasty the last few times I have gotten it. Hoping that they will step their game up I continue to order. So needless to say, I threw the pizza in the trash and me and my son will not be eating pizza tonight and I have yet to receive my hot fresh pizza that I was told I was gonna be delivered. I wasted $30 tonight!! This will be the last time I order from any Pizza Hut!! The breadsticks were soggy from being in the box so long! #nasty

My wife placed an order at 4:56 pm. She was advised her order would be ready at 5:19. It was not ready. That was not an issue. I understand that sometimes places get busy. The problem I had was with Miranda Ruffin. She was rude to the employees,namely Maria. She kept yelling “leave me alone,Maria.” over and over again. The lady simply had a question. She was chewing gum and popping bubbles while cutting the pizza. She was yelling at other employees and displaying very unprofessional behavior. After waiting 45 minutes for my pizza, I was advised I was waiting on wings first. Then I was advised my wings were incorrectly sauced and would require a remake. It is now 6:03. I requested a refund. Miranda stated she was the only one that could do it, but I had to wait because she was busy. She then proceeded to walk outside. I tried to get her attention by politely saying excuse me as she walked by. She said give me a minute and kept walking. At this point, I am frustrated because she is refusing to help. When she came back inside, I tried to stop her again. She said give me a minute again. I asked her in a loud voice how long does it take to get a refund. I have been here over an hour. She began to yell at me. I yelled back. I tall white delivery driver with a big belly started yelling at me telling me not to talk to her that way. We exchanged a few unpleasant words and he told me to get out. Then, he said that’s how their kind act. I said what kind is that. He realized his error and said “women” which was no better than saying what he wanted to say. That was my 1st time going to this location and it will definitely be my last. I was advised the General Manager will be in Tuesday. I will be there to discuss this matter further.

I called the day before to order 31 pizzas for a work party and they needed to be ready by 9:30am. Nick handled everything, was calm, cool, and collected and handled the order with ease. Everything was ready by 9:10am and they open at 9am. 31 pizzas! They deserve all the stars!

I tried to pay with 2 different credit cards online and neither would place my order! So I drove there to place my order! The mgr said she would not honor the order online!
What’s the difference??? So I placed my order, paid for it with the same card as I used online! She said give us about 15 minutes!
So waiting outside in my car! I went to pickup my order she gave me my order! Drove home to eat the pizza I ordered and it really wasn’t that great! I’m disappointed in the service and the taste of the pizza! My guest was not impressed either!

Waste of time!!!! Place order via the app, wait more than an hour…. call 10 mins after delivery time to check on order, transfer to call center which is no help…. chat agent no help…. waste about another hour trying to find out what’s going on, just to be told no delivery drivers so your order will not be delivered…. so try if you want, but I just waited over two hours for pizzas that won’t be delivered and no body at Pizza Hut cares that they wasted your time/tied up your money/or speaking with you about the issues they caused
