One younger waiter always gives excellent service. He is quick and very polite too. He has worked there for years.
I was annoyed by another waiter recently (a bit old school) He obviously can’t handle his work load. He also asked me to move my car, while I was eating. I wasn’t blocking anyone. I think his name is SM’ELIO
There is always a parking problem. And another customer mentioned, “That was very unprofessional while you are eating.
I am a long term customer and bring food to my 90 year old mother.
Alex needs to address these concerns. Delivery service is good too. Good luck in 2026
Recently, we had ordered a penne vodka chicken pizza that historically had been amazing – this time it was flavorless and pretty bad.
More recently, we ordered two pizzas and chicken fingers… One of the pizzas and the chicken fingers were significantly overlooked, crunchy – not good.
We did call, and they were gracious enough to resend the items – the chicken fingers were fine, the re-sent pizza was raw (with a “lightly cooked”) not on it… It almost felt spiteful.
I think it might be time to consider other options in the area.
It turns out the server (who wasn’t the friendliest and really shouldn’t be working up front) added pepperoni to day-old slices and stuck those in the oven instead. When I asked about it, he shrugged me off explaining that the pie in the display case was for another person’s order. No offer to correct the miscommunication.
I should have turned around and walked out the door. Instead I paid for and ate the day old pizza … which tasted like day old pizza, hence the one star.
A short time later, he approached again and asked for payment. I hadn’t finished eating yet and had left my wallet in the car. Once I was done, I went out to get my wallet. I also left my cellphone on the table, clearly indicating I was returning to pay.
When I returned, the owner confronted me aggressively about paying. I explained that I wasn’t done and asked him not to speak to me in such a manner. I told him, “Please stop harrassing me about the money; I’ll pay when I’m finished.” This seemed to upset him. He then came out from behind the counter, pointed his finger in my face, and said something along the lines of, “You’re going to show me some respect or there’s going to be a problem.” There was foul language involved but google won’t publish it.
I didn’t appreciate being spoken to that way or having someone point their finger in my face. While I might have chosen my words more carefully, I still felt the situation was completely unnecessary, especially over a small bill.
At that point, I stood up and told him not to get in my face. He then loudly demanded I pay and “get out of the store,” all while families and children were present. I asked him if he thought that kind of language was appropriate in front of kids, but it didn’t seem to matter to him.
I paid at the counter, and a couple of employees did apologize as I was leaving.
This situation could have been handled in a much more professional manner. I’ve always paid for my food and have been respectful as a customer. While I understand that businesses need to ensure customers pay, the aggressive behavior and language from the owner were completely unwarranted and disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to take my business elsewhere.
