Lobby here seems very corporate. I really like the chicken wire in the glass in lobby. The staff is very friendly. My biscuit fell into pieces. It was a very good biscuit anyway! The cashier was working both kitchen and front counter.

I’m not sure what her name was, but the girl/lady I spoke with was amazing. I rarely end up anywhere near a Bojangles. I love Bo-Berry and Cheddar-Bo biscuits. Anyway, I was on the way to the airport and called to see if they were open after all the snowfall. Not only were they open, she offered to have my half dozen Bo-Berries ready for me at whatever time I desired. They were ready for me precisely at 11:50 a.m. and I was able to take them home with me to the west coast. Whoever you are, thank you so much for doing that for me! It’s the little things that count in this world, but you did a huge thing for me.

Got biscuits and gravy combo this morning. I think the biscuit was the only good thing. The “sausage” gravy had only barely detectable traces of sausage, and sweet tea tasted like sugar water. I won’t be coming back here for breakfast again.

Update February 2026, fish sandwich is back. We had the deluxe version: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickle and mayo. Yum.
We loved their new (Nov 2025) Bo Bits (9 piece) they were crispy, moist and not too spicy with a dipping sauce of your choice.

There were literally 10 people working and they told me they had no chicken to fill a 12 piece box.
The ghostly, pale, redheaded-ish girl that works there is extremely rude and did not want to serve me.
I went through the drive-through and they had a virtual assistant that couldn’t understand anything anyone said.
I had to come in the building & The rude girl proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have enough chicken. That was after she rolled her eyes at me for coming in.
This location is not busy and there is no excuse for this sorry customer service that I received. All I wanted was some damn chicken.

I’m from WI, this was second time buying chicken in Bojangles and it’s just perfect! Biscuits was made fresh in front of me. The cashier was very polite and helpful. The place was super clean, I was very impressed!

This place is cool if you enjoy the surprise of never knowing whose order you’ll get, because it certainly won’t be yours. I’ve been here a grand total of 3 times in the last year and every single time, I get something that isn’t what I ordered, missing things from my order, or just an entire bag of things that I didn’t order and don’t realize until I get home. Every. Single. Time. Today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I received a biscuit with egg, cheese, and some sort of fried grey meat with black pepper. Thank you Bojangles, you charming little franchise ❤️
