Amazing food. The pupusas were huge. The yuca was amazing. The pastelitos are great. Horchata. Pan con pollo. Tamales. Best food I’ve had in all of the pacific north west.

Located inside the Springwater Food Cart pod. Ate the pupusa under the covered seating area with the birds. Enjoyed the Loroco Pupusa more than the pork one. The cheese in it tasted vibrant but couldn’t taste the Loroco flower itself which tastes like a combination of a mild, sweet, and earthy vegetable with subtle nutty and floral notes, often compared to mild broccoli, chard, asparagus, or squash. It has a unique, pungent, and sometimes tangy flavor with a slightly acidic aftertaste.

The pupusas are always in point. Freshly made and perfect amount of ingredients. Thai time I tried something new Sopa De Frijoles l, it’s basically a bean broth with ribs. And OMG it’s delicious . Perfectly served it looked good and tasted even better! Their ensalada de fruta drink is the best in town!

THIS PLACE NEEDS A MICHELIN STAR STAT!!
At first I thought I would never find any kind of edible Hispanic food moving to Oregon but this pupuseria truck has changed my life. I will drive 4 or 6 hours, however long it needs to be just because it’s cheaper than flying to El Salvador or L.A. but the food is literally the same like how do they do that!! It’s the only place I will eat pupusas in all the PNW.
I feel so ecstatic eating their food, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR AMAZINGNESS!!

I got 2 pupusas ($3.75/ea) one pork and cheese and the other mushroom and cheese. Not crazy flavorful(not bad either!) but the slaw and sauce that come with it complete the meal. The people who were working there were also very friendly which I appreciate.

So FYI, you know a pupusa is good when the cheese and filling melt out and brown up nice and crispy. These were no exception. These are hands down top 3 pupusas I’ve had in my life.. and I’ve had a lot of pupusas. I live 3 hours away, but I promise you, I would drive out here JUST for this exact meal again. It is worth a drive, this is a must for delicious Salvadorian cuisine! The staff is super friendly and courteous too, really clean food truck, just earned their 5 stars all around
