I keep going back but last few times the items were cold…they took my order…charged me…then told me they were out of this or that and they could just sub stuff so I didn’t have to get a refund done. The ham and cheese empanadas were super salty and one of them looked very old. I have been here a good 8 or 9 times but it is not as good as it was.

Amazing bakery! Everything is always fresh and delicious. The place is very clean and well organized, and the staff is super friendly and professional. You can tell they put love into everything they make. Definitely one of the best bakeries around. Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to this bakery for a while now, and every time—without fail—I’m amazed by the customer service and the quality of the food. I usually stop by for breakfast before work, but today was on a whole different level. I ordered two ham and cheese empanadas, a coffee, and a guava pastry. Once again, they did not disappoint. The empanadas are packed with flavor and truly unmatched. The guava pastry tasted fresh, unlike other bakeries where they feel straight out of a box. The coffee wasn’t too strong or bitter, but just right to get me ready for the day. Some days it’s better than others but it’s as can be expected. You’ll always have me as a loyal customer.

Sadly this bakery is a disappointment we have tried 3 times,just don’t have good pastries the meat ones are just awful I don’t think they are made in-house and if they are the baker has no clue they claim to be like Miami but if you have been to a bakery in Miami you know that’s just not true. I will say the ladies are very welcoming they are the one good thing there.

My husband and I got back from a cruise and are stuck in Tampa due to the inclement weather conditions back home in NJ. I didn’t want to eat fast food burger stuff and needed a taste of a good home cooked meal. CAO provided that and the taste was amazing. Definitely will be coming back whenever we are in Tampa for sure.

Google says the place is open until 8pm every day. Beware. We drove 40 minutes and got here at 7pm on a Sunday and the doors were locked. The ladies inside signaled they were closed while every sign said they were open. As a Miami transplant to Tampa, I REALLY wanted to like this place but after they once charged us for food they didn’t give us in our drive thru order, plus this incident, we’re sadly going to have to look elsewhere for our Cuban pastelito fix

Tiffany with Offline – Cao Bakery and Cafe was convenient for me on my route to work. I was able to pull up through the drive through, order and get my food with ease. It didn’t take long for me to receive my food and it was fresh and hot. I loved the fresh Cuban bread with butter and the eggs w/ bacon. The cafe con leche hit the spot on a cool morning. I would highly recommend this gem.

This is the slowest drive through I have ever been at. I was 10 minutes sitting at the order speaker and decided to just drive up to the window. A Cuban restaurant without Cuban sandwiches, really?! The steak sandwich was like chewing on rubber

I was curious to try this place so gave it a shot. Their cuban sandwich is delicious and great price for their food. Lots of bakery items to choose from. Service is friendly, it can be a bit of a wait when they’re busy. Overall, I definitely will come back!
