Wow! I am blown away by the customer service here. I am not exaggerating when I say the best customer service we have ever had!!! Thank you David and Tina Marie! The location was easy to find, plenty of parking and an old school feel to this root beer stand. The staff bring your order to your car or you can enjoy their outdoor seating. The staff checked on us frequently to ensure we were enjoying our food and if there was anything else we needed. They gave wonderful recommendations and were very knowledgeable about the menu items. The food was delicious! The cheese sauce has a mild spice to it, but not enough to bother the stomach of my picky husband. Tee hee. The chili on the chili cheese dog had a medium spicy taste. I loved it! My husband loved the orange vanilla shake. The bubble lemonade was to die for and my daughter loved their cheeseburger! I highly recommend it. Very family friendly. There is even a park and splash pad directly behind the business. You could have a fun day with your family.

Had the breaded beef tenderloin combo and also one of their boba lemonade. The food was good and for the price it’s about the same that you pay at most other fast food chains. On the upside is a local establishment and they are so few of those that is nice to support local.

Solid. Absolutely solid. The only thing missing is a proper car hop and some dope music to listen to while you eat. Music outside would really up the level here. The Coney dogs with a little mustard and cheese REALLY hit the spot. Absolutely recommend, awesome place to grab a bite. Could use a little polishing here and there but they are new so give them a grace period!

First time here and let me tell you! The food was good and the young people are working really hard and kept making sure everyone was happy with their meal. Multiple people checked on us throughout our meal, honestly the prices aren’t bad for as much food as you get. My husband and I browsed the menu and tried a few different things for $37.00 dollars before tip isn’t bad knowing we ended up with multiple sides and main options.

While my post may sound harsh, I want to be honest. Love the idea… a Root Beer Stand! How nostalgic! Alas, we were gravely disappointed

Plenty to choose from: burgers, chili dogs, fries, funnel cakes, boba tea, milk shakes, ice cream & floats.

Cook & server were polite. Prices are fair. Food quality was disappointing. Fries were pre-seasoned and not very crispy . Chili cheese dog was thin & had no flavor.
Maybe streamline the menu and upgrade the quality of food items.

This is a great atmosphere fast food restaurant. Very nice location right next to Thomas Park just off of 12th Street. They are still updating their kitchen which I personally witnessed. And it’s a very nice deep fryer by the looks of it. I was very satisfied with their very fast service and willingly to explain all the different foods they have and they are in the process of ordering menus. They are open from 11:00 in the afternoon to 10:00 in the evening and this is a root beer stand. I’ve noticed they have menu different waffles ice creams good food the old-fashioned tenderloin which is very good by the way for a new restaurant new owners I would have to give them a good job they’re doing fantastic on reopening the old root beer stand. They will have boba tea within 6 to 10 business days. Which I can’t wait to try

The waitress was nice. That’s it. Look at your food before leaving this place.

Meal 1: The onion rings were white and the breading wasn’t sticking. The burger was burnt but also one of those burgers you get frozen premade. Not worth the price at all.

Meal 2: The hot dog was a very low quality dog for the price. You can taste it wasn’t grilled so I’m guessing microwaved or a pot of water. Either way try a roller if you don’t want to grill them… The chili for the fries and hot dog was burnt. Literally black and dry and it was served to us. The cheese was a weird yellow and rubbery. I think it’s government cheese (not even velveeta) because how it looks when melted isn’t right. Some posted pics and it’s accurate but they liked it so I guess it’s your own tastes but we expect better for the prices. The lemonade was country time and they were up charging that more than anything.

Last place was good. This place needs to learn about quality ingredients and how fresh is cheaper when you know what you’re doing. I was hopeful the first experience was it but no one I know has had good food from here.

Had an $80 order and they forgot to give us half of it. They ran out of tenderloins but didn’t tell us that when handing out food back hoping we wouldn’t notice. Fried pickles weren’t edible, and nothing else was good. Milkshakes were gross and the service was bad. They couldn’t even get the order right the second time we came back. Employee was vaping while making a milkshake which I’m sure is a health code violation. We went on the day of a car show, so I’m sure it’s better with less people, but they didn’t deserve our money and we will not be coming back

We went there about an hour before closing for some ice cream. We were immediately greeted with attitude from the lady at the order window. I ordered a banana split (was $7.99). They brought it out and all it had was vanilla ice cream, banana, whipped cream, and rainbow sprinkles. No sauces that typically come on banana splits. No nuts or cherry. I sat in the car contemplating on bringing it back to the window to have it re-made or ask for a refund because I wasn’t going to eat it, but I knew that it would get me nowhere because of the attitude we were greeted with in the first place. I felt like the staff was upset that they had to be bothered from their vaping session at the picnic tables and help us as customers. I just threw the ice cream in the trash and left. This was our second visit there and we were disappointed both times.

(Also don’t judge the boba tea and pickle combo, I am living my best life)
