1st time eating here . We got a to go order and got the Cowboy burger with fries is was so delicious. We wish we would have gotten 2 . Lol we got one to share with the new years resolution in play . My husband laughed and smiled said that the lady at the front was so funny and just down home reminding him of his roots .Just a good atmosphere. We are so glad we found shirley kitchen in Forsyth we will be regulars now . Thanks again Ben & Holli casey .

The food is DIVINE! I had the chicken parm and found out the sauce is homemade with fresh herbs…TDF! The atmosphere is whimsical and the servers are characters prices are very reasonable and there was no wait time at 9:30am

We visited Forsyth for 4 days and ate here 3 of the days. The only reason it wasn’t 4 times is because we didn’t know about the place until day 2 of our stay. Fun loving staff and delicious food that is large in portion. Very much worth every Penney here!!! Will visit again next trip. Lonnie and Rose….and I usually forget names, but they are that good that I did t this time!

We happened across this place looking around the lake! We really enjoyed the food!! We hand breakfast, Biscuit and gravy are great!! Family owned, the owner came out of the kitchen and talk to us! We had planned lunch at an extremely popular Branson restaurant. A 2.5 hour wait compelled us to find an alternative. What a treat to find this cafe. The food was really good. Our waitress was attentive and efficient. The pancakes were outstanding with such a generous serving, I brought one home for dinner!
Not far off Highway 65, it’s a great alternative to the craziness of Branson.
