First of all used to come here all the time but they close at 8 pm (kind of early) but I walk in yesterday and the place reeks of bleach and harsh chemicals not like a sub shop or a place you’d want to eat at it was such a strong smell terrible? Then I order 3 subs steak and cheese and they changed the bun and where’s the meat?!!! I won’t be going back there. Rarely do reviews but this one needed it unfortunately a bad review and disappointing Because this used to be one of our favorite sub places ):

I think that they may have changed their meat supplier☹ In all the times that I have eaten a steak and cheese, mushroom steak and cheese. And have NEVER had any cartilage in my sub. Today’s sub had 2 pieces. Ouch,Hurt my tooth a little.

Love Tubbys, it’s my favorite sub shop. This particular one was closed for remodeling forever! 1⭐ short just because there’s literally nowhere to sit whatsoever anymore. If there’s a huge line you’re screwed!

The sandwich was flat no taste and was dry I ordered a Tubby’s steak sandwich. l only had 2 tomatoes 1 on each side of the sandwich after he cut it in half. I should have went somewhere else.

First time visor. Hands down, the best, freshest, flaky bread from a sub chain! The bread absolutely made this sandwich! Furniture has seen a few years of wear and tear from the look of things, but no complaints. Staff were super friendly, and patient since it was my first visit to the chain.

Very friendly staff, however….. this is the second time that I’ve had a large expensive order where I ordered ahead of time with no onions or tomato, there’s a handful of our guests that have a raw onion allergy which is why we order onions on the side and no tomatoes. Had a monster 3 ft sub for New Year’s which was covered in onions and tomato and today I came to pick up my catering sub order for my daughter’s birthday, I’ve asked for no onions or tomato and sure enough onions and tomato were on it, this is twice now in 2 months that this has happened. I am now going to use a different location, clearly there’s not much they can do considering I have a party starting in 15 minutes clearly there’s not enough time to remake all of my sandwiches so yet again I have a handful of guests that can’t eat the food because it wasn’t prepared correctly. will not be coming back to this location simply because I cant trust my order will be right
